Is she actually capable of wrapping her chains around Usotsuki in such a way that the doll either won't notice until its too late or won't be able to easily break when she notices immediately? Or more importantly, won't hinder Kyoko's own mobility and fighting potential? If so, that's exactly what we should do to get around Time Stop. Otherwise, her normal tactic for chains of trying to immobilize the enemy would be better. Try using illusions to sneak up behind Usotsuki and perform that move she used on Homura to save Sayaka in canon?

Not really? If we're going melee and with solid clones we can focus on keeping the pressure on the Doll so she doesnt have time to break the chains. And once we get her we reel her in to put the hurt on her. The good thing is that Kyoko is a Melee monster while still having some ranged options. So the damage quickly ramps up once the mobility of Usotsuki is impaired enough.
We should seek to keep the doll chained and restricted so she cant evade nor time stop gank us basically. And it allow us to increase our damage output.
[X] Protect Ruki and Slay the Demon
-[X] Engage it in melee. It's got some kinda weird Time Stop variant, but it seems to be time limited, and you're the better fighter.
-[X] Distract it with clones and seek an opportunity to lock down its movements with your chains, then put on the hurt with your body clones and keep your chains connected. Once you deal with its Time Stop its just a matter of killing it before it kills you. Easy.

Changing my vote because, well, this new vote from Crow and AnonymousRabbit attempts to put an end to Times Stop while mine doesn't. And its better to try something about your enemy's deadliest attack that has a slim chance of success and fail than to not attempt at all resulting in not even having that slim chance in the first place.

You smile, turning to regard the Demon across from you. Your spear feels hot in your hand, and your eyes begin to brim with faint tears in spite of yourself.
The song of the rejoicing choir fills your ears, as you step onto this battlefield, and know that all is right with the world. The dance is corrupted no longer, and the order is as it should be.
The Demon stands against you, and Heaven is upon your heart. There is no need for games; the stage is set, and you stand exactly where you should.
"Hey, Doll! Today I'm gonna stop you. For Homura, and for everyone else you're gonna hurt if I don't."
The Doll looks at you, head quirking, "Liar?"
"What happened to you? You were speaking clear enough before."
The Demon wrests its needle across it's shoulders, shrugging, "I think there's a reason to talk to a Liar. I'm not doing this because Good-for-Nothing sent me. You have the right to fight me. The other girl didn't. She was the same as me, unlike you."
You quirk an eyebrow, "That...doesn't make any sense, you know? You treated Homura with a lot more respect than--oh, huh. You're lying. Well, who sent you doesn't matter to me. You're going to hurt them, so I'll protect them. For Homura, for me, and because it's the right thing to do. You understand?"
The Doll tilts its head again, pauses, and rotates it the rest of the way around, its eyes widening visibly, "You're a Liar. Don't kill me."
With those words, it charges forward recklessly, Needle aimed for your Soul Gem.
You flick your wrist and turn, spear spinning in your grasp, and knock the Needle upwards and away, "Sure thing, whatever you are."
You meet its painted eyes and smile and, as it raises a tomato-filled hand, you snap your free hand up into its jaw, snapping its head back with a loud crack. Unphased, with its neck apparently snapped and its eyes on the ceiling, it casually hurls the tomato at your chest, a great blast of red light filling the air around you as the tomato strikes the chain barrier you conjured up in that moment. You smile at that, the thrill of victory running up your spine as you thrust you hand out towards it, mentally calling your chains, and snap them into existence around it, binding it firmly to the ground.
Its head jerks back down, eyes focusing on the chains, and begins to strain against them. In it grasp, the needle turns into a serpent and lunges towards the chains, intent on biting them apart. A casually summoned spear bursts into existence and slams into it tip-first, sending the needle-snake flying across the lawn and out of the Demon's reach.
Linking one of the chains around your waist to prevent it from using Time Stop against you, you summon three solid clones around the Doll with a thought, incanting aloud in remembrance of Mami, "Rosso Phantasma: Soldatessa Materiale."
As one, all four of you spin, thrusting your spears into the Doll in a cross formation.
"Rogo Funebre."
Fire burns down the lengths of the four spears and, as the flames unite within the Doll's heart, erupt into a pillar of flame. The Doll screams an unholy, twisted shriek that no human voice could replicate, but, somehow, you think it almost sounds relieved--as if the scream were something that it had been waiting to let out for a long, long time.
As the last of the Doll's pale flesh burns away, you close your eyes, praying silently for whatever poor Soul birthed such a creature.
"Requiescat in pace, Demon."
With that, you turn away, and walk towards Ruki and Nanoha. You're not quite sure when Homura will be ready to come back, so for now, you'll just have to deal with things.
Speaking of dealing with things, Homura's rookie seems busy trying to keep Nanoha alive. The girl's not exactly looking great, with the hole in her chest, but Ruki's a specialized healer as you recall. You figure she'll be able to get the girl patched up.
At least it buys you some time to think things over.

How do you handle things?
[ ] Just stroll up and act like everything's normal. Appeared from nowhere? No Homura around? Another Kyouko? Not worth talking about.
[ ] Try to explain things. That'll go over well.
[ ] Lie your ass off. You're just Kyouko--Homura ran off to get you in Time Stop, but you convinced her to hide out and heal herself for now. She'll be back later.
[ ] Get the hell out of here. Homura can figure this out later.
-[ ] Go where and do what?
[ ] Write-In [ ] "Thank you, Koko. That's my rookie, though."
So Ruki's probably keeping Nanoha stabilized and healing her at the same time, Kyouko could probably take the former over at least cause Ruki kinda lost half of her face earlier.
Or we could tag out and let Homura head-pat the Kouhai.
Oh right, also we're apparently playing Lost Love and need to beat the crap out of Homucifier at some point? Unless this one showing up was part of the random shit falling into the universe, but her opposite-day speech implied its not.

[x] Go check on how Ruki and Nanoha are doing and try helping out on the healing process so as not to leave it all the heavy lifting to the Rookie.
-[x] Inspect the extent of Ruki's injuries and see if you can patch her up a bit
[X] "Homura will explain! Promise!" You're not equipped to deal with this amount of explaining. Well you probably are but you do have the uncanny ability to put foot in mouths.
I'm giving myself a headache trying to figure out when Doll is using Opposite day speech and when she's not. At the very least the second half of this:
"I think there's a reason to talk to a Liar. I'm not doing this because Good-for-Nothing sent me. You have the right to fight me. The other girl didn't. She was the same as me, unlike you."
Seems to imply that this was just a Clara Doll that fell into our dimension. Assuming that she's talking about Nanoha in that second part. Anyways, vote time.

Alright then... I think there's something weird about Renascence Homura. While I don't think it'll help with the current vote, this is too weird and I feel like I'm on to something.
The Vessel has an unknown nature differing from other magical girls that are similar to "Akemi Homura" that we (The Players) and she (The Vessel) don't know yet.
