Renascence: A Homura Quest

Honorifics or Western-style Titles? I've used both before, which is bothersomely inconsistent

You saying her BEFRIENDING BEAMS aren't pink? I gotta admit it's always hard to think of her as 'white' when her attacks are pink yanno? And thus her white clothes should look Pink in combat from reflected light.

...
Just saying that we don't need to NTR Madoka by making Nanoha pink. Plus, Madoka is way more pink than Nanoha. They both have pink beams, but Madoka also has a pink costume and pink hair. She is the Queen of Pink, and no one shall usurp her tyrannical rule!!

Mumi was not alone then.
But she likely was in TL four, when Homura decided to kill ALL THE WITCHES by herself in the hopes that it would dissuade Madoka from contracting. Granted, it almost worked, and would have had she remembered that when she resets the timeline, she also resets the people she's dealt with.

That still leaves several potential fates for Mami, however:
* Removed from play by Homura (because she's a liability who tries to get Madoka to contract);
* Witched out (because Homura, when killing ALL THE WITCHES, didn't leave any Grief Seeds for her);
* Died alongside Kyouko at some point;
* Died fighting Walpurgisnacht;
* Survived Walpurgisnacht somehow.

That depends. Walpurgisnacht isn't inside a barrier, so Starlight Breaker is a viable means of attack. We don't know how well it could tank that. Hayate + Reinforce Eins is also an absurdly powerful team.
Witches are a very weird thing with how their Grief works. Granted, not being in a barrier might be a blessing as trying Starlight Breaker won't immediately GRIEFINYOFACE Nanoha.

Here's the thing, while charging Starlight Breaker (I honestly forgot what the wait time was), she'll need to be wary of Familiars, Walpurgis breathing fire, and then her going "You see this building? You don't? Well let me give you a closer look,". All in all, if those things are accounted for and Starlight Breaker is able to be used, then yeah, it's a good strategy.

When working in a team, everyone plays defense while one person charges up a massive finishing move is a good tactic when facing something that can No Sell most things. That's also how we beat that Angel.

...stictly speaking, Nanoha would probably be grey. White washed out by the poor filter that is a Device.

Make of that what you will.
