I actually didn't notice the SAO hint at all. That said, it'd be kind of dumb to essentially remove a character from play (or kill them) because of a video game.

I just placed Ersatz in the future. Easier to explain all the tech that way.
I would, but Oriko Magica confirms Kirika's death date to be 2011...meaning that this is, in fact, 2011, seeing as I'm keeping Oriko Magica canon.

Also...the Homumind tells you that things weren't this advanced during the early loops. The Wishes just keep piling up.
