question where did Penitent Scholar get that knish?

Wait what would Augur want an Ambrosia for?
Also.... What is Praca deOrixa?
Wonder if Horizon has soccer fans?
My suggestion to sell Lethal Anodyne to The Americans was to get Crusade's American Faction and Dominion faction fighting....

Hey @Bitterman can you explain why no one but Nora was analyzing metahumans powers?
Or why no one has been researching how to make a power Nullifier like Nora has?
Seems like with 13 Algernon in Horizon alone and like what at least 1 per country every decade or so someone would have researched metahumans powers and someone would have started researching power Nullifier even before movement.....
I guess the real question is why did Nora succeed where others didn't?
On the other hand Brass Shield.... Continue the good fight

Elysium is clearly the result of some government or corpo research into Leviathan and psychic power..my question is Osayin was clearly cooperating with whoever was behind the project.. why build something like that and make a society there that is clearly not optimized to inspire loyalty if the rung trash are any consideration.

Say by the way... Is there a reason we haven't seen more corp interference or dastardliness

Hmm, how do we escape from the Frozen Throne? Its domain is clearly not truly absolute, but it's beyond the ability of anyone currently trapped to get out.

Sufficiently powerful teleporters work, but only once, and by the look of it the throne may have recently hardened itself against that particular exploit.

I suppose a Vista-power would also work, assuming it is strong enough to contest the Throne's own spatial warping. Doesn't have to win, exactly, just be strong enough the Frozen Throne can't warp space into a pretzel to keep them in.

Black Swan could probably do it, assuming she's protected from mental attack, by outspeeding its ability to warp space. I suspect it can't keep up with her (near) literal lightspeed and ability to turn instantly. But she can't really protect anyone else while doing this, so that's not useful for getting others out.

We don't know about Yara's power yet, and I could see that being important.

It does seem very difficult though. I think we do need to genuinely consider Augur's offer for that reason.
That's why I think we should think about it now. Considering the powers that we can access to do we have the ability to escape the Frozen Throne's domain, or the ability to make it spit us out?

If we were evil the second would be trivial. It spits us out or Mona kills every single person in the entire domain. Obviously not an option, but interesting nonetheless because if I understand how the throne works it would HATE us for that. But its need for a human host seems to be unavoidable, for it.

The 'magical girls' are also interesting. They are bound to the throne. I wonder if it can stop them from entering/leaving its domain at will?

If I remember right its internal space is much, much larger than the area it takes up outside. I think it was something like larger than the diameter of the earth?

They were! She was just better at it. Build different!

You'll get more info before you need to decide what deal to take. That choice will come before you start PMJUM and RC.

'course. I just want to see if anyone is being particularly clever. Since it may just be possible with things we've already got access to if we're clever about it.

It's got some kind of spatial warping and spatial compression. The space inside is much bigger, and the throne can turn a straight line into a loop as desired. Due to Mona's speed neither is likely to be an obstacle she cannot overcome. Unfortunately she can't actually resist the throne's influence so... yeah.

I'm not even sure that would work? Absent a credible commitment to kill herself at the end, at least.

Oh, have Belle sit on it, change its density to tissue paper, so it just crumbles as she does!

Weaker is the wrong word. "More focused" would probably be the way to think about it. Phasewalking comes in all different flavors. Intangibility is pretty much just what it says on the tin.
So something that whould let you pluck out someones heart as long as you get it and with enough potency?

Thanks that does makes a Build with Phasewalking and Intangiblity viable though or they conflict and thus cant be in the same powerset?

I suspect powers just plain don't work on it.

And she doesn't need to kill herself. She can traverse the Earth's radius in under .03 seconds (Mona is FAST). The frozen throne cannot contain her, not unless its domain is truly absolute, ignoring the psychic weakness.

The level of space folding we've seen doesn't seem like the kind of thing that 'more speed' defeats. Or at least, I'm not that confident in it. But who knows for sure, we don't really want Mona involved so it's moot.
