So for the first one, obviously HA and RH are very thematic, but I also really like the idea of calling on Valiant Red, when we've got the first and very probably only time Valiant Justice and Valiant Gold are going to be working together.
The second one is based purely on wanting to wombo combo her with her own set of "game changer" metahumans, with Mr. Whaaaa? having given her pretty much a free ride, Justiciar being her bug table flip super move, and Seraph enabling her to not have to be there in person to micromanage her clones. I also think there's something thematic in using both one of her first metahuman victims and her most recent to counter her. As for the build itself, what I'm imagining is a more direct but subtle mind control sort of powerset, Justiciar and Seraph combining to let her just tell people they have to do something, and Mr Whaaa? making it so you can't tell the thought isn't coming from inside your own brain.
