It just goes in like that for a while. It seems like Uiara is there, but also not. Ellie doesn't think any power sets with her will work correctly.

Joy.

Alright, I guess she's only mostly dead! Because of Course.

Was there any ancient conspiracy Justice Unlimited Didn't accidentally mortally offend?!?!?

Holy SHIIIIIIIIIIT.

That was a badass action sequence. Though I only now grasp the scale of "Socialite Butterfly pressed the reset button". Lord, it started with Radiant Silvergirl and only got worse from there.

Still, no need to focus on not-dead corpses and unimaginable agony, when there's SWEET SETTING LORE TO DRINK IN.

And it was her that led her to her death when those arrogant fools woke the Leviathan!"
Plural fools, some group that SB is aware of. Our first data point on who woke up the Leviathan, other than the Woman in Blue's memory.

Kyoko Shirayuki stands before a throne of fetid meat, it's very form a threat to sanity. From it, something burbles.
Kyoko. We've had a mention of her before, from the Woman in Blue: "Well, not entirely your fault. Theodore was the fool who went ahead with the experiment without proper testing. Kyoko enabled him. Now he's dead and she's unresponsive."
"Yes," she says, face devoid of feeling, "It registered on my equipment as well. It seems the Woman-in-Blue has made her move. It could be no one else."

Hand chatters, a refrain of skittering legs and rotted flesh.

"I don't doubt Augur has noticed either. This will motivate him to act."
Inteeeeeresting. This Kyoko knows about the Woman in Blue, and Augur. Are they underestimating VS, misattributing her invention to the WiB? Or do they know something we don't?

"No. Oscar was never patient. If anything interrupts his 'golden route', he'll burn it all down and start again. We must focus on this. Let the Mysteries fight the inevitable war with the Hours. Apotheosis cares for nothing but its own time."
OKAY THIS IS AUGUR LORE RIGHT???
Not a time travel power. But some sort of time looping power?

And a reminder that Oscar is also a starring character in the WiB's memory: "Oscar is gone. Run away, as always. Like a child hiding his soiled sheets under the bed. He's used your device and gone so far, you doubt he'll ever come back."

And with that, the Speaker of The Hand of the Mysteries leaves.
Lmfao IS THIS THE TITLE YOU WERE SO AMUSED WE MISSED? Our foes are just "mysteries", tbh I prefer the Philosophers.
[Disagreement: Leviathan's head has shifted zero-point-zero-zero-zero-zero-one degree toward southwest. Shift coincided with anomalous readings. Connection likely.]
Man dynamite is serious business. And the poor organic component of the R-train seems to have a rough time handling the mechanical component day in and day out. Fascinating to get a glimpse, makes me excited for next turn.

Lilith has been disobedient, but, for once, that works to our favor. She's looking for her sister too. You spoil that child
Anyone seen this name mentioned before?

I am So Tired of it being rubbed in that Literally Everyone hates us and wants to take us down.
Where is this even coming from? White Hawk and Socialite Butterfly have been only foes here. Which I mean, sure, valid. Literally everyone else helped us!
Heck, even Silvio didn't mess things up!

The Hand seems like it doesn't really care to focus on us, or at least the Speaker doesn't. Valkyrie is grieving her ex and kinda crazy, but not opposed. The Interlocutor is proud!

This complaint seems not at all grounded in reality.

Da fuck? Well, this confirms that she may be out there somewhere, but the problem is that we are not even sure in what way.
Is she like... A brain or actually undead? The idea I get is that she is not alive, but not death either. In an enbetween state.

I was actually about to post something else, but this gave me an idea.

Does this actually pass the LL threshold? Since from what I can tell we're planning on putting even mass murdering serial killers in jail.
She ain't in the Dynamite room, it's Ellie time, and Ellie hasn't learnt to be more

My own proposal for the combination is Justiciar (the only thing that can stop a bad guy with an edict...) + Zeno (stop the foes from moving) + Radiant Silvergirl (just attack!)

We need to put together a power that will stop the Justicar thing in the next five seconds or we're literally going to lose people to suicide. Honestly everything, including Narrative Satisfication, pales from the fact that Socialite Butterfly can casually and trivially "Save or Die" solo everyone in, what? A city block?

I think I did float that Plasticity's name was about neuroplasticity, and it looks like I'm right, he turns off certain senses to boost other ones. And Perspective makes it so that people can see each other's POV.

...was that power inspired by sight-jacking from Siren, the PS2 horror game?

I mean, it's not even "Save or Die", it's just "Die", there's no saving vs Justicar's Edicts.

... Fuck, Astroloigan would also be a narratively good one too. Not as Perfect as an Uiara centric one though.
I was thinking we take Fundamental force Manipulaation control aspect of Heaavenly AStrologian, add it to Justiciar's edicts, and then tfinish it off with indemnity so we can inflict metaphysical wounds on her that follow our edicts and prevent her from ever using her power.... or just make it so she cannot live

...we do also have to remember that White Hawk is a murderous monster, and so if we beat SB and are out of juice he'll honestly just murder all of us. So it is true that we need some sort of 'juice' or need to build with the fact that we'll also be fighting White Hawk immediately after.

Um. Uh. Holy shit. Uh. Wow.

I can't even. Holy shit. Chills. Quote reaction tommorow. As for the Dynamite?

[ ] Example Plan: With All Our Power
-[ ] Red Huntress,
Harper English
-[ ] Heavenly Astrologian, Han Yu
-[ ] Valiant Red, Takeshi mumblemumble

Fuck it. Power based on scaling to everybody in sight line and also Algernon for good measure. Also the best people we can get for this situation narratively.
