The first one is my guess, given that the superhero creation system is why this quest exists in the first place: You get X amount of tags, put them together however you want, go crazy for one scene.
Thatd be cool and lets us try builds we cant use in other heroes.

Yeah, honestly, the first one seems the more likely one. It'd be a great way for Nora's supersuit to exemplify why her Algernon specialization was metahuman powers.

-Given that we had 3 really good hit checks in the start I'm not worried about Silvio's psi-drain field at this point.
-We heard that Ronin, Perspective and Plasticity were waylaid by clones of Gentleman James and Miss Naught, but we also had that bolt that came from the window that was probably a Miss Naught clone as well, and we saw the chain. Does that mean that SB can make more than one clone of a person at a time?

We don't know when that really happened. Ronin, Perspective, and Plasticity could've been ambushed during the time when Justice Unlimited were still in the midst of prepping. That gives the clones plenty of time to regroup and meet back up to Yara's hideout.

Bitterman pointed out a day or two ago that if the clones knew what the originals did, then Project Prometheus would already be leaked - SB touched Wolong, after all.

If Dynamite is related to using the stage and all powers come from the stage. Maybe Dynamite is Exceed Beyond "downloading" a power set from the stage. To make it more balanced probably from our DNA samples since we have studied those.

....What if Dynamite allows Ellie to just.....swap powers around of anyone in range? Or even more broken, share powers amongst a group of people. Like suddenly every melee fighter on JU's side can now enhance their strikes with LL-style electricity. Or suddenly all of them can fly.
