Honestly, though he's got a good record so far, I'm thinking Doc next turn should get ESP training just so he's a little better at spotting little details, considering him missing Seraph and being overwhelmed by everyone in Eidolon right now.

Even so, it'd be fitting! Doc sees that as a failure on his part to spot what's going on, and decides that he needs to improve his skills to be a better spotter.
If I may take some time to give random praise, can I just say that an underrated skill you have is clearness in narration? I can always tell who's 'talking', who's POV you're using. Leizi has a fun combination of a no-nonsense attitude and a sparkling of dry quips whenever we're in her head. Mona's perky, adorable, and funny, and her can't-swear-at-all thingy is cute. Maddie has sass for days but can get ice cold when in charge. Rhys is straightforward and a little crude but not dumb. Noelle's all business. Opale... admittedly we haven't really been in her head since Faustian, but even still, she's so earnest and strong. It's a great trick, and I'm interested to see how John's narration style is.

You know I just realized if we break Prevail and reclaim it we should be able to research it to see ita also tapping into the ladder.
At the very least it should put Stockpile out of commission until he rebuilds the armor.

We don't have a Algernon of our own to do it. Well, technically there's Dr. Ibis but he has his hands full with Project Prometheus and his area of expertise (Genetics) is a poor fit for reverse engineering PREVAIL.

JHR was Nora's assistant, and we have the schematics to be able to repair Exceed-Beyond. We should at least be able to compare and contrast stuff.
no need to reverse engineer just study it to get data its power source since as VG pointed out, absorbing others psychci field isnt enough to power it normally so he has another way to get power and its probably the ladder.
Also we have John and VG with Nora's remnants that should atleast give us a chance to study. Remember that VG has access to some of noras knowledge due to their resonance.

Seconded, and as someone who writes a fair bit it's hard to do well and consistently. I mean, for that matter, there's a fair number of movies out there in this genre where everybody has the same sort of tone and the writers didn't take the time to differentiate them and maintain that.
It really is something special.

I dont think its possible to put ALL the potency 1 and 2 together, heck I dont think we can with the 2 potency alone.
1 potency on the other hand CAN. It rounds to around 6 potency, which is why I joked adding them all together and reducing the potency by 3 and give it to Song to see what happened.
