Oh. You're sure that there's not an 8 in there somewhere? I feel fairly certain that there was supposed to be, and that the Tolerance 10 recruit is supposed to come with complications that we suspect include being addicted to Lethal Anodyne's drugs.
I agree that plan was more for when weve finished the tolerance increasing research. Which is why i ddint post it until Solar gem posted their own plan of Lightstep and fast track.

I upped the 8 to a 9 after feeling like a tolerance 8 candidate wasn't much of a reward after a whole quest chain.

Did you know that Jaspion is a Space-faring prince with psychic powers that came to Earth to fight evil with a suit given by his mentor? It's even more appropriate if we want to push the Heavenly Astrologian connection; a name like Fantastic Star would be really cool!
Oh nice well atleast that makes boosting Noelle and Boy to 10 easier. And should let us make a T10 from a 7 since we can get fast pass next turn.

In Universe, Lady Leizi is gonna have a really hard time not naming Nora's legacy after her, especially after Crusade co-opted it for their own use.
So it needs to be a Valiant. Well I already preferred that anyway since we know its a bid deal in Horizon plus its only fitting that with VS dead someone else from JU will take the Valiant Title.
And yeh with Crusade stealing Valiant name we need our own as a counter.

Well that's certainly appreciated! Though I mist admit, it also bumps Fast Pass down in terms of priorities for me. Oh well, I'm sure that we'll be able to find someone we can use it one.
Researching Fast Pass next turn lets us work on Getting our Medium Tolerance to 10 faster. We need EB + 3 Max Tolerance to succeed rescuing moon river having more than required ups our chance of success.
Considering that mission probably Involves King, The Interlocator, Crusade and Freaking Valkyrie. We really want more than required Max tolerance if we want to make sure we dont lose any of our members or worse get a TPK.

Aww, that sucks. I thought it would be fine since it's still a tokusatsu hero, and I actually really wanted our E-B candidate to step out of Valiant Red's shadow at least a bit, especially since it's Nora's final masterpiece. It's a good opportunity to start something new. Valiant Red is actually so far from our current heroes...

I feel like I should point out that we technically just need at least 3 Max Potency powers, and it's just recommended that one of them be EB. But you do have a point, a fourth Max Potency power would most likely be very ueeful.

Yeh but I want to hedge my bets by going beyond the recommended requirements. That mission is definately enough of a clusterfuck that QM wont hesitate to TPK us like with 4 seasons if we fuck up So taking it on with 5 of a Kind Max Tolerance Heroes makes me more confident in succeeding without losing anyone.

I wonder how the bad guys, especially the one that does not like not knowing things will feel if we do come with 5 of a kind max tolerance heroes.... having THAT much firepower will set everyone off and have them act aggresively the second we go anywhere near them...

I simply don't have a plan to reveal Project Prometheus. There's no possible reason we don't hide this for as long as possible. We'll just have to see when will keeping it a secret will become impossible.

I wouldn't be surprised if revealing Project Prometheus unsurfaces some very ugly questions that the metas and governments of the world want buried. For example, what happens if the US government tells Scarlet Maturity "stop breaking the law" and he says "no, lmao" like he always does?
It reveals that metas, if powerful enough, are beholden to no one but themselves and their equally godlike peers. This is a fact that's obvious to anyone who pays attention that the monopoly of force has long disappeared from the government's hands, but no one wants to say it out loud. Only a tradition of super-heroism started by Valiant Red has kept this from boiling over.
Project Prometheus may force the UN to bring that question out to the open, and hope against hope that the literal gods that walk among them decide to comply out of the goodness of their hearts. It really is too much power for a single organization to have.
