I don't think Lantern's surveillance and Key's social-stealth can be countered by an Enhanced Analysis equivalent because Wolong ate shit against both
Well, the hope here is that just like with Mona's Flight, it gets scaled up a LOT by virtue of being Potency 13. Also, unlike Wolong's thing, Mr. Hunch should allow for a prospective combo of Precognition AND Postcognition.

And who knows? If it turns out to be Arc's power instead, then that'll be a good Lantern counter in it's own right.

I will admit I'm biased since I both want my Emotion Man build as a psychic and and think a dedicated psychic of some sort should definitely be our next Potency 13 because of paranoia about the Philosophers. I'm also fine with just giving Yara E-B as I'm not really attached to continuing the water theme.

And here's another one:
Plan: Super Sonic Style!
7+3+2+1-3=10 potency
Here's hoping if we use this we don't dress the lucky individual in blue or sega might looks at us funny. Yeah, basically hoping to get a speedster with this. Invulnerability would probably off set Fast Tracks downside. Best Result? Lightspeed speedster than can absorb speed/inertia in other people to go even faster. Actually if that happens he becomes Flash... ok avoid the colors Blue and red with this one. If Invulnerability was guaranteed with just Lightstep I would swap Steadfast and Soldier X for Adamant for a good Metal Sonic Expy.

Well shit that voting came quick, really happy we passed. We can save our funds for the future.. Now to see where this rabbit hole goes....

I'm going to say the if artificial crits get the same results as a nat 20 there's a chance of this breaking and snowballing really hard; I've seen it happen to other quests before.

We crit due to our stats instead of bonus atleast so it should be great results though considering a nat 20 got us to autopass monarch info roll and i know a nat 20 get us something in recruiting candidates probably not as good as nat 20.

True.... but consider *ALL the Rolls During The Opale Mission* we HAVE been getting better, but that turn slightly traumatized everyone after the rolls. so having a slight bone thrown our way really helps. It probably will balance itself soon enough.

You know, it's an oft repeated truism that tokusatsu series never reached widespread popularity in the West, with only its offspring in Super Sentai in its morphed state as Power Rangers.

However it's a truism for a reason, and in Brasil there was a period in the late 80s where the genre was extremely popular and had very good localizations to thank for it. There was essentially a big three in Ultraman, Jiraya and the one every single school teacher I ever had admitted to watching religiously when they were children: Juspeon, or as translated in Brasil: The Fantastic Jaspion.

To this day this show is still very beloved in Brasil, and it's popularity significantly exceeds everywhere in the world to the point of Toei licensing it to local companies for comics and even the production of a movie, and the series was still syndicated here as late as 2020.

So instead of continuing with the Kamen Rider homage, I'd like to spread the love for a Metal Hero and name E-B it's after Jaspion instead.

Perhaps Fantastic Chrome? Hmm, maybe we can still workshop this a bit.

Speaking of this I initially thought of that plan in having the best speedster but I thought up the below and I think its better in how it buffs our others members too.

Plan Speed Force

Lightstep (7P) + Fast Track (3P) + Soldier X (1P) + No Dice Ally Empowerment (2P) - Potency Reduction (3P)= 10P

Keywords
Enhanced Speed X 2
Fitness
Regeneration
Self Enhancement
Ally Empowerment
Invulnerability
Enhanced Senses
Enhanced Strength

Alright this Build is hoping for creating a synergy by having all Physical Enhancement Keywords. Then Using fastracks ability to empower allies do the same and turn others into speedsters which is why I have in included using Ibis No Dice research.

For me Fast Tract ability to give others speed is his best trait and as long as A Speedster synergy is created using lightsteps Power we should be able to have a Hero able to turn others into Realistic speedsters. Which is pretty bullshit since everyone of our heroes Even Black Swan can be boosted by having strenght and speed of a speedster.

Now We do need Dr. Ibis to research no Dice and hopefully enough that we can add 1 more Power in this build along with Using Wulong to make sure of the synergy but I think this build is pretty amazing both in combat and support.

My plan for Noelle was going to be Valiant Zodiac and paint it black with gold constellation designs, as a nod to Heavenly Astrologian
I just wanted to go Straight up Valiant Astrologian to acknowledge her parentage while also accepting she wasnt her mother.

Honestly, I think Fast Pass would be a better investment than No Dice, no considering that it looks like we'll be getting a high Tolerance recruit or two soon. We know that they probably won't be Tolerance 10 to start with, so if they're at 8 or 7, then the ability to boost their Tolerance by 2 with a single action could be a real time saver.
