You Know I wonder if learning about how Powers buffs their people is why we figured out our own way of buffing natural metahumans we have like Leizi.
It's probably to risky to boost the power of those we gave Ambrosia with, but buffing the Powers of Leize, MW and new dawn would great.

I absolutely hope that we can have Rhys start working on some subterfuge, finding Dominion's labs and maybe snagging something.
Oh, point of order for the plan: Rhys should not drop his server disguise and turn back into his old look, though going silver should be fine. Make them think that he just looks like that, and all he can do is assume the silver form and back.

You know I actually had some back and forth in my mind regarding the publicization of Rhys's powers.
On the one hand, going "this man can not only turn his body into a variety of weapons, and change size and shape to be slippery and evasive, but he can also disguise himself as anyone he wants" would give our enemies paranoia that might make them slip up, cause infighting, maybe get a few grunts fired or killed, lowering their manpower. But the paranoia might also make them more on guard and make it harder for Rhys to spy.
On the other hand, making him out to just be a physical powerhouse and holding the spy applicability would have them lower their guards and make them overconfident.

Super Strong and Regen is good enough as Power. Maybe show he can get bigger and smaller as well. Theres also bone weapons.
Handyman is really versatile unlike Mona just being supreme Flying Artillery and MW horde. So its easy to hide the extent of rhys power especially the shapeshifting.
