My Life as a Teenage Juggernaut... (Worm AU x Marvel)

Isn't the Scream a product of the Simurgh doing micro-TK on people's brains?

IIRC, she isn't making actual sound, as in vibrations in the air, she's directly inserting the "sound" into people's brains
Technically, the sound of the Scream is a deliberate sign that Ziz is doing the telekinetic brain-surgery on you and not an effect of the mastering in action. Whether or not she has to scream while doing the scream is up for debate. You are right that it isn't an actual noise, though, and technically speaking, Juggernaut's durability and healing probably would hinder physical methods of control like that.

[Queenie] and Cyttorak have a background convo when Alexandria shows up to test Taylor's strength.

[Disgust][Horror]

Yes, this is a vile perversion of your kind. Impressive, but terribly flawed in its execution.

[Confusion]

Well, this remnant of hers, [Stasis], I believe you called it?

[Affirmation]

While it is progressively making her body inviolable, there is no consideration for other effects. She still requires sustenance: Food, water, air. It provides no method of allowing her to restore herself. A simple statue made of the hardest stone will eventually crumble. Entropy.

[Query]

Ah, you seek a solution that I cannot provide you. I AM my realm. Here my power is untrammeled and should I wish it, my Champions may thus draw from this font of power freely. Your kind however are limited, the corpse that fuels her even more so.

[Concern][Despair]

Your experiences have taught me much in the short time we have known one another, I may be a cruel tyrant, but I honor my vows. As long as your host serves me, you are my Champion as well. I daresay that this will be a long and fruitful collaboration.

[Relief][Joy]

I am most impressed with how this 'Alexandria' manages to fly through will alone. Watching how long it will take young Taylor to come to that same realization is more amusement than I have had in eternities.

AN: However Alex pulls off her flight, her power is similar enough to Juggy's that Taylor should be able to pull it off as well. After all, if your goal is 'up', something as pitiful as mere gravity shouldn't be able to stop you.

That's actually wrong. The infrastructure needed to extract energy out of Taylor in meaningful quantities would be extremely hard to arrange but she should be able to keep at least one galaxy running more or less indefinitely. Energy=Mass. Shards will need to create some kind of gravitational lever that allows Taylor to push against a supermassive black hole and then they could extract energy from this arrangement.

Problem is such a setup has clear cut limits:
-Maximum power the gravitational lever can take
-The fact that Taylor can't spend more than an hour or two per day on it and needs to go around fighting everyone to please Cyttorak

But a single galaxy should be manageable.

The problem is that Entities don't feed on raw energy, and likely can't metabolize it that way anyway. Like anything alive (that we humans are aware of) they have to eat something, and their body converts that raw food into energy to fuel it's self via biological processes which take energy. The problems Entities have that set them out on their insane multiverse section destroying Quest is "We breed exponentially and run out of space" combined with "we're running out of food because of our repeated exponential population growth and feeding orgies are destroying the planet's ability to sustain life." Thus the goal is "Infinite food (not energy) and infinite space on one planet. Although they are too dumb to realize that even is the goal, let alone what it might require to accomplish.

Hell, The Thinker was excited and thought the current Cycle would finally provide a solution because it was introduced to a novel philosophical concept... "Us vs Them" instead of "everyone for themself".

I'm waiting for the scene where Skidmark puts out his fields and... Juggernaut just brushes them away as she walks straight up to him.

Question for clarification - did Taylor Hulk out when she got her costume, or is she just the same size as before (6 ft 10 in 300 lb) and Squealer freaked out because she had never been face to face with a woman that large? The chapter specified that Taylor's hand was as big as Squealer's head, and her voice was as deep as possible and still be considered female.

If Taylor did Hulk out, how big did she get, and can she go back to 'normal'?

Finally a normal sort that takes the originals name. Way to many people just change up the superhero name for no reason.
Also I'm liking the more chill chytorax.
To be fair he's still probably evil but less cartoonists evil like In marvel.

"It's the boots, helmet and the gauntlets, isn't it?"

"Hush."

[Humor]

The boots and helmet probably add a couple of inches of height. Other interesting effects:
1) Taylor's hair turns red (It's the forcefield).
2) Her voice gets deeper.

Squealer probably isn't a large woman; Most of the artwork I've seen would be of a woman of average height and build, with a larger bustline. So, 5'4" or so. Taylor is 1'6" (18") taller, and more than twice the mass, almost three times (assuming 120-135 lbs for Squealer, and the fact that Taylor has added some muscle mass at an accelerated rate in the last couple of week, giving her a weight of 330 lbs).

Taylor can easily palm a soccer or basketball, and probably pop it if she grips too hard.

Also, Squealer might be slightly concussed, and firing on less cylinders than she normally does (she even thinks it to herself).

Aah. I read that chapter as Taylor having grown to the equivalent size as Cain at 7" 6' and 600 lbs when she received Cyttorak's blessing and panoply.

"That was instructional," Roger noted, looking at the remains of the old punching machine again.

"Indeed," Doc added. "If something physical gets in the way, she will absolutely wreck it. Even if it can handle the physical loading."

"At least the old machine was scheduled for decommissioning this year," Roger finished. "And the new machine?"

"Registered a force of 9.87 meganewtons. And that was just punching air," Doc answered. "Good thing the baffles and backstop were able to dissipate the shockwave."

Some back of the napkin math I did makes me pretty sure that Taylor could definitely throw someone faster than the escape velocity of the earth, and honestly possibly the solar system too.

Of course it's not like anyone but maybe Alexandria could survive being accelerated like that, but their remains would go a long ways.

Not really. Weld and Alexandria are some of the very few who could be thrown off the Earth that way. Most would be vaporized by the atmosphere or simply shredded during the throwing process.
