Oh my honoured Lord, this message reaches out to you from beyond the great barrier. I beg of you, allow us to retreat and return home!

The barrier only lets us less powerful warriors through and I am no different; I was the first to the fray after we discovered the path, the first to reach the lands that took the missing one...
We found a village near our first rift, a small commune of the weak little things that live in this dimension, built next to an ocean.
Then we eradicated it under glorious screams and carnage.

We did as we always do, my Lord... I swear to you...
That night, we rested in the spoils of our conquest... and that was when it started.

Something... they... they came from the sea. They came and we knew that they were looking for the fleshy things we killed.
We fought as we always did, but the things caught one after the other and killed them, then dragged the bodies into the water. The others are all gone.

I am all alone now...

But I can assure you, my Lord, this enemy is not invincible. I killed one and ate it.
That was yesterday... and since then, my dreams are plagued with visions of what is to come.

I know, my Lord... that when the stars align... when they align...

Oh please, please allow me to return home!
I can hear the waves calling... I can feel what slumbers in the depths...

... I will not be surprised in the least if Rukia makes this canon. Why?

If you edit it so that it's... say 1000BC, then I'll make this Canon and 10xp.
Otherwise, +5xp

Corollary, this would mean that the stars might align while we play.
Having The Great Cthulhu awaken would be a really bad thing... but at least we would most likely get an Affinity-Upgrade from resealing/defeating it.

I just figured the most hilarious thing that could happen would be for the demonic invasion to have a meeting with Lovecraftian horrors and just go :o

For the Fire Morgan said she was a nature mage, so what she thinks best would probably be better overall. As for getting back

how likely is it that our advanced warning actually helps strengthen the wall of light keeping out the demons.

Edit: Wasn't time travel revealed to be one of the character creation choices. If we chose to be a season ten magical girl. Right after the reveal that it was possible was a warning. Don't mess with your soul.
