Really, "powered by spite" can be used to generally describe pre-abduction Lili in just three words. She's no longer desperate enough for a suicidal attack and is rapidly acquiring other ways to motivate herself, but hatred and spite still rank among the most reflexive motivators for her. Guarding herself is just a bonus.

It's not a comparison to Lung, it's a comparison to Lung's shard constant, irritating, pointless attempts to fight QA in the same simplistic, boring way every time and get trounced.
Personally, I think Yuzu from Konohana Kitan fits better due to both age and appearance (seriously, she looks like a younger, less traumatized version of Aiz with fox ears and a tail).
Hopefully Dreamer won't *accidentally almost die* as often as Yuzu.
*grumbles* gods damn that was the most stressful slice of life anime I have ever watched.

He doesn't appear to treat Freya any differently than he treated Hestia in canon despite her charm so he could still develop a crush on someone else.
Maybe the sight of Aiz petting giant murder kitties at some point was so cute he fell in love or something?
Now I wanna see someone try to kidnap Dreamer, and Dreamer just going along with it. She would motor mouth them down and maybe have a chance meeting with Pulse. When she finally misses being around big sis QA and her new family, she kinda just goes "Okay, bye. I'm going home now. Thanks for the candy!"

Honestly Tiona is probably the most equiped to deal with Shard child rearing in all of Oratorio considering her own fucked childhood. Shes also smarter than she acts and is very capable.
If anything Dreamer could gain the scary adorable little reputation in a single week considering how QA easy got her rep. Then again it only matter of hours before Dreamer gain some infamous reputation just by being QA proximity.
Considering Dreamer, the refusal was likely for very good reasons.
More likely not an option because it didn't cross Dreamer's mind, not because it's impossible.
Well it would give the parentage prank some narrative weight, and Loki Familia no-sold it hard. Not to mention that Bell is the one who believed certain stories about heroism and grew up somewhat isolated. I don't really see any reason that he wouldn't fall completely for such a prank.

Alivaril's "Calibration" had QA-and-Dreamer showing up in BAHHSCQ and some of the characters there noticing that she's actually transmitting her ID as she talks, IIRC. (Not that I have any idea how hooman vocal chords could do that...) I assume the same is the case, here, and Dreamer might be doing roughly the same thing. Sloppily.

Every part of this chapter was great, but I especially like how Lili was powered by spite and working to game the system. I also especially like Aiz.
That kitty must have eaten triple her weight in magic stones by now, with how much Aiz is pampering her.
And Aiz is so smart. Nice that she can see through appearances and pretty much immediately suspects Dreamer is the Shard Spirit.
I do hope someone does eventually remind Dreamer to do something nice for the ex-Ishtar Familia.

I agree with all of this.
The ultimate question is though, if Dreamer can pilot a Friend without fully leaving the dreamscape, does that mean that some of the gods still in heaven (mostly the fates) could pilot a friend around in their off time through the dreamscape? (they can enter and interact with the dreamscape, and i believe it was mentioned before that Dreamer leaving the dreamscape entirely meant waking up as Taylor, so being able to pilot the Friend while still being Dreamer and not Taylor implies that doing so is possible through the dreamscape)
