Roughly how much of Luna's trash has been cleared away, and assuming we don't do anything to accelerate it, when are we projected to clear all of it/enough that the rest is made into nature preserves?

Is there anyway I could convince you to go for Great Space Express instead? I find that much more interesting. Though maybe I'm just biased towards trains. NUH isn't really synergistic with anything we're planning to do for the next few Turns, whereas next Turn is very likely to have Orbital Pioneer stuff to build off of GSE.

Union Hall is 1st but GSE is still in the top 3 and thus winning. Bronze medals might not be as prestigious but they still count as a victory.
As for your question I'll probably either stagger them out over the next few turns or all at once, depends on what I can make work. Union Hall and GSE can probably synergize at least.
is there any chance the GSE could be delayed to the turns following on cpu moon when there gonna be much more freedom in points so we don't miss out on synergy with aqua cores and trainmaster? Also I am curious how does union hall and gse have synergy?

The Union Spirits are considered patrons of labour and industry. There is almost certainly at least one Union Spirit that governs rail workers, transport, or etc. As for your other question, maybe.

Personally I'm planning on doing a Turn that goes all-in on our allies after CPUMoon, and I know it has at least Chelle's support.
Also, if you're basing this off the Water scroll, the Trainmaster wasn't really mentioned there? Plus, that was the result of going hard on Water projects in general, with GSE and Aqua Core stuff going off at the same time only being part of it.

This seems like a decent plan to me. The rhetoric seems like something that might get Marjak to cooperate with us, however grudgingly, and considering the errors we've made, the additional Vlaahk rep will probably come in handy.
