It's kind of in a weird state right now, as it was meant to be completed I think? But scuff happened.
the Super hubs action From the original version of the plan (not the voted one) got finished instead of the shipyards. Since Bird would have had to re-write a bunch of the update to swap that to what was voted, they decided to ask if it was fine to keep it that way (which since it would cause them alot of work, the only answers I saw to the question, was being fine with that)

Tbh I agree. On the other hand, I actually read the C'tan wiki page and holy shit.

The aversion to worshipping them makes sense given they tend to either feed off stars, or devour life forms. I suspect that the Mother's body changing guidance would be soul transferrence. The same thing that made the Necrons what they are today. Tbh I think the best deal is Yaldoboesthoth. Name aside, that choice reads like we've paid the price either way.

I mean this is another source of my frustration tbh is that the c'tan in quest are just so radically different from the ones on the wiki that not really useful to use the wiki as a way to determine actions on them. As a rule I am also wary of using outside quest material in general to determine conduct/course of actions

Anyway I think it quite impormant we get shipyards done this turn so we can start using space to it fullest extent, allow us to build more ships, upgrade our current ships, maybe start building more space stations ect espically with the mysterious threat coming in 2 turns. We need to get a serious presence in base sooner rather than later. So if you want to get shipyards built vote for my plan since it the best one with a chance of winning of overtaking the leading plan at the moment.

On the whole mother thing I say she the one who been kindest us, treated us like her kids for all intents and purpose and sometimes you just gotta trust the mother to help you out and not screw you over. I'd also point out she only has ten points to invest in 2 turns before they disapper there really not much time for her anyway to do anything seriously bad either. Also she is sweetening the deal with extra point which is very nice and will help us preperare for the threat even more.

Also the other leading plan doesn't finish Wargames but doesn't do anything else with the remaining 2 points, it must be said.

While I don't necessarily disagree with over all argument, the Sphere option explicitly states that the price is only paid for two turns... Unlike the Mother option.

Reasoning:
1. Survey Luna because we have the base there now, which makes potentially exploiting things we discover easier.
2. Mother for free points. Plus extra free points at her direction, which is admittedly risky but could turn out well.
3. Orbital Shipyard - every turn without it means less ships to defend ourselves going forward (and exploring, and possibly exploiting resources elsewhere).
4. Lab for more network and boosting research going forward.
5. Wargames - get started on figuring out how best to defend ourselves. Want time for this to grow as an institution, and early to get input from remaining survivors.
6. Nuke kits - already started, and it boosts our econ and research.
7. TekGrimoire - again already started. Definitely want to figure out the banishing of dark spirits aspect. Also one of the few boosts to FTH.
8. Delve - Let's get a source of ARTifacts going. Also we know there's something the god machines consider a peer at the bottom of the tomb, we should start on figuring out what's going on there.
9. Regen nuke - need a source of nukes, that's it. We still have a possible source of LM on the one planet we surveyed too.
10. Academy fleet compartment - get this done before we start building more ships. Boost our research and exploration efforts.
11. Deep crust - boost exploration efforts, and we already started this. Not critical to finish though so only put the leftovers.

Did you mean to vote for the same plan I'm voting for? I don't see anyone else voting for yours in the tally.
that is the original version of my plan but I a advise @IronBig21 to vote for panic is illogical plus moon since it is much much further ahead then the other one they are the exact same other than we survey the moon instead of the warp storm
