I literally just realized that The Fight knew that she could use Flechette's power like that because of the info package that Peter gave her in the event of his death.
The one were she responds by asking if she should basically avenge him afterwards.
But only after giving the info package to Taylor.
So, did The Fight disobey that order?
Did she know Nia was going to bring him back?
Or was she actually overcome with emotion and went for revenge by ignoring that?
Though I guess that order might have been changed after Newt got the info package too.

It's not like Dragon's orders where she must comply over all other things. His orders to the flight are like a boss to his employees. She doesn't have to follow it if she doesn't want to. And even if she does want to follow it it's up to her how and when.

Pretty much this. In the heat of the moment there wasn't much time for automatic decision-making and The Fight is smart enough not obey such orders impulsively. Besides, Nia and Newt were around to guide her if there were any doubts about it.

Is Cyberpunk 2077 on his list? That universe has quite a lot of interesting tech and the ability to hide it. Nia and the Drones could fix most of the side effects... probably.

It's heavily implied if you read the quests carefully that (at least by the year 2077) cyberpsychosis is complete bogus. These are all people who went through heavily traumatic experiences and then realized that they have machine guns strapped to their hands. There should be no problems as long as you treat people like human being and give them therapy when needed. Those are things alien to Night City.
In any case, you can check 'on tech trees' under Informational for that.
Apart from an overview of the major world events of cyberpunk 2077 I don't know much about it. So I want to ask what are the implied side effects you guys are talking about?

There were moments of cybernetics being poorly installed and pressing on parts of the brain they really shouldn't have.

After the fight is over and the happy victory thoughts start to clear up, I think people are going to be really leery about the Swarm. Heavy Gear pretty much pulled out an army to fight Leviathan. And just his minions did a lot of damage to the Endbringer. It will make a few people very concerned. Which should be amusing at least.

And now the team they've been leaning on as if they were a gang just killed Leviathan.

At this point, only Poliamida knows. There could be a number of directions depending. But as it is, Brockton Bay now belongs to Heavy Gear. There is no one who will contest that, especially when the Hive get to work repairing things.
And they have to fix the people who got healed wrong but were saved anyway.
So its going to be interesting indeed.
Peter has a LOT of bombshells he could drop, and devastating weapons he could employ. And he has made sure his tactical genius and his thinker ally know them. He can sit back and work while Newt and Lisa demolish everything that comes for them. Up to and including Cauldron.
If Cauldron tries to take Peter, they're in for a big surprise.
Because the people in charge of the PRT and Protectorate are massive control freaks. They are turning the Protectorate into a cape army to fight Scion in the end. So they made the system as difficult as possible to be anything other then a Protectorate member or a Villain. Because otherwise they are outside of their control.
Alexandria/Rebecca Costa-Brown is a massive control freak and established the policies to use the fear of parahumans and distrust of them to force people under her control. The whole point of this is indoctrination and control so they can eventually be unleashed on Scion one day.

Its funny how people keep saying Patty should start dropping DA TRUTH in order to do things, those people are the ones that'd march into PRT ENE and start screaming to arrest Calvert for being Coil and get disappeared as a result.
Plus the main issue the current director had with them is he thought they were being controlled by some mastermind who was using them. Now he knows that it was just the system that failed them. So not sure what he will do next. But they would not send Tag in since if he tries to be authoritative with HG it will result in the local PRT going bye bye.

IDK, that sounds like a completely ludicrous and audacious way of dealing with Coil that he himself might not even be ready to deal with due to how sudden and out the left field it is.
