I genuinely genuinely would despise us getting that many charms in the clones.
It doesn't make sense and is stupid, also pointless.
I think the clones should be humans and if that means sacrificing passive charms then so be it. The most i want to accept is the intimacy one and only because people are paranoid.

I think it's unlikely to break the game if they have these powers. What I want to understand is why you want to nerf them? Just as it stands now, I think they turn out stronger than the original, but the original would be just and only a respawn option in our paradigm. And it's giga boring.

Because they get too many charms, like its pretty clear. We are just making copies of molly at that point, might as well give the rest of them to her.
Not the same, merits and gifts are different and more cooler and unique.
I think I now know where the confusion comes from when talking about canon I had previously said the charms would only work on battle clones from signature charms, but since you guys voted for the v4 Charm, yeah you get the effects. Just be aware that even with all of those, your enemies can still do more and those clones are probably going to be targets (i.e. maybe a place where combat will work just fine while I figure out enemies to challenge Molly Prime

Let them phone in Cain from WoD. Guy has a lot of grandchildren who need a spanking.
I mean you can, but it comes with the issue that they might be detected, not to mention that you would then be left with the options of
A) Destroying the body but at the risk of nearby civilians
or
B) just killing the clone but also risking the body being used by whatever caused the clone to press the button
While the death itself will not unduly affect you they would still provide a very high quality thaumaturgic connection to you and especially to that clone. Sure they cannot have their intimacies warped directly, but there are other things one can do with black magic.

I would honestly prefer if we never let Polly and the other future clones out of Sanctuary, but I know that isn't the prevailing opinion in the thread.
We have a shaping defense, so no cursing us, they have a shaping defense, so no cursing them either.
What is the enemy going to do? Find where we are? Doesn't help that much.
I don't think Black magic actually works here.

He said you can do other things with black magic than specifically warping intimiacies, thing is, the immense majority of those things fall under shaping, so don't work.
I think, they can apply charms to themselves in this version of the charm, and that means shaping defenses.
You do indeed have IPP which works by reflexively burning motes or willpower, both of which are finite resources. If someone could say sit in a ritual chamber two hundred miles away and fling curses at you a dozen times in quick succession while their friends are taking you on in person, that is a problem from a tactical PoV.

They have our passive charms which means essentially they possess a really hearty body from all of our Ox bodies speed and willpower Galore but they don't have Essence with which to use our shaping defense. The Mind defense works on Willpower alone they can use it and they will probably use it but someone attempting to turn them into a pickle is just going to run into admittedly a near maximum counter magic pool but you know only count to Magic not a perfect defense.

If we go with the trip to Sanctuary to reassure Mom that there's just more of us at this point, then I could see her wanting a subscription to some sort of Sanctuary newspaper to start with so that she can feel like she's being properly involved and connected with that part of us and our life.
