-[X] The Great Demon will be unleashed upon Konoha. We, fresh Genin, will be tasked by the Fire Daimyo's honorable wife to hunt it down and capture it - alive. It shall be a perilous task that will push us to our utter limits and, if we're lucky, we might actually survive.
 
Just realized that if naruto does join our team, we're gonna have to help train him so the guy doesn't end up died. By being on our team his life will be set to hard-mode. Hell I hope the hokage put him and sasuke on our team. There was a full team of guys u believe with gai, ebisu and Ibiki. This way kakashi can train both naruto and sasuke, while actually have a flexible third member to keep them focused.
 
Actually, I wonder if having Elite level Genjutsu skills will affect who our Sensei is.

Because having Jonin level Genjutsu feels like it's a shoe-in to have Kurenai as Daisuke's Sensei.
 
With elite Genjutsu and Master Tone of Discod, we may be able to tone seallessly from deflecting or clashing with Kuni in just the right way...

I'm fine with having stupidly high Genjutsu as long as we keep using our sword as a medium, or use it to enhance our swordplay. From illustrator strikes to Genjutsu cast through the reflection of the blade, we are a sword master at heart.

Song of Discord only needs 410 XP, so that'll probably get Daisuke a B-Rank Genjutsu. Of course, Willpower only needs 70 more XP to rank up, then there's the Physical & Social Attributes: Strength & Dexterity to make Daisuke a better fighter, Charisma & Empathy to improve his odds of smooth relations with others.

Uumm speaking of sword reflections, there was a technique in Rurouni Kenshin where a dude fired off an ocular hypnosis thing off his swords reflection onto himself to give himself a strength buff via removing his mental limiters or something like that... are beneficial/boosting genjutsu a thing actually?
 
Imma going throw my hat in for team comp real quick. I'm gonna be a wild card Kiba and say Kiba and Yui as some kind of hunter nin team. Y'know, Hunter/Killer/Support, especially with how vital positioning is with Kiba and Akamaru.

Kinda hoping it's Daisuke/Jabari/Fun though
 
If we ever get the chance, a pretty great Genjutsu for Daisuke would be a touch-based one to create delusory pain multiplying his attacks. It could be called "Yin Release: Blade Coffin" or something, maybe deliberately short-lived so they don't have the time to use a Breaker to escape the effect.
