This updated just when I remembered this fic and that I could give it a re-read.

Evidently, I need to remember it more often.

Shame that this updated on Halloween for the spooky resurrection joke. Looks like Armsy will request to be their first customer when the spring is actually built.

"You do know that tomorrow we're both going to be in front of Piggot's desk for this?"

"Do you know how many regulations you broke with your little stunt?"

"Well, none actually. I checked."

"Even if you weaseled around the standing regs, you undermined the position of the Protectorate in the current strategic context. Don't think a few minutes skimming the handbook lets you do whatever you want."

"As it happens, I am extremely well-versed in labor regulations, and also the ways managers attempt to infringe upon them to exploit workers."

Sunny isn't actually a canine, remember.
(ps it's not immediately fatal to big dogs especially in smaller amounts, and that's before any divinity hax laughs at any biological issues keeping our floofiest friend from her chocolate)
I think they know lol

Also yesssss, best doggo is back! With another miracle to boot!

(lol 'asking a dog for paperwork')

Though yeah, I'm actually really glad he had that moment of realization, 'cause screwing with a teenager and her dad making themselves a hot spring for fun is... honestly pretty Snidely Whiplash of him lol :V

Would they have a cleaning area outside the spring, like Japanese baths?
Would Taylor think of that on her own?

Did it?

It did...

IT DID!

CONSTELLATIONS UPDATED! YAY!

*reads*

Uhm... Armsmaster realized he's an asshole?! Wow, that is a miracle. Loved Dragon's response to his blunt question.

In which Armsmaster suffers some character development, looks in a mirror, and discovers that he doesn't like the person looking back at him.

These sort of scenes can be hell to write. Damn good job.

I just adore that a silly joke like "I'm trying to wring paperwork out of a dog w-t-fuck" transitioned into some solid introspection that Armsmaster needed, and it didn't feel forced in the slightest.

And that as soon as Armsmaster drove off I knew he was going to try and stick himself in M/S containment.
