The Regimental Version is definitely the version we should go for, even though we have to develop it first. The ZOCOM Version is nice, I guess, but it's not the Big Deal the Regimental Version is.

Just remember that we made a promise to the Space Force all the way back in the very first quarter that we'd complete half of their proposed projects before the end of Q4 2054.
Those projects being:
- ASAT
- Philadelphia II
- Orbital Marine Regiment
- Ion Cannon Network expansion
Overall, pretty doable, though the actions might have additional stages such as with ASAT and Philadelphia II.

I believe we only have to complete one phase of two of them, but yeah. Although once we start properly investing in Space stuff we'll probably want to start really pushing ASAT up.

I'm not really sure what it means by 'attempted'.
Technically we attempted to complete ASAT and left it at 4/50. I just doubt orbital command would be satsified with us just leaving it as an empty command building with no satellites and the excuse of 'well we tried'. Perhaps completing a phase but not the full project would count as attempted.
4 progress from last turn, +2 from the roll, but the Military dice are still carrying a -1 modifier so it's only a net of +1 points. At least it's a modified 1 and not a nat 1?

We actually rolled extremely well on Yellow Zone Reconstruction; that and the omake bonus saved us from 2 or more dice there next turn. But damn we didn't finish any other non-military stuff, and both Primary Schools and ASAT did awful. At least I can hope that the new military factories will let Tiberium mining next turn go off successfully.
Yellow zone finishing is good. Also a reason I had 2 dice on ASAT is because well we have that -1 and our military dice tend to be poor. Plants finishing and suits having a big overkill is also nice. Yellow Zone was probably the most urgen project we had from the non military as that puts our housing at =.
Next turn:
Military- More plants and 2 dice on ASAT
1 dice on monuments and manchester to try and finish
Red Zone Tiberium mining and Perimeter fencing (red zone can get by with 3 dice and fencing with 1 or 2)
Beyond that have to see where we stand and what new options open up. We will want more housing as well as work on more consumer goods and capital goods though that comes after the above for me.

Am thinking:
-1 Die Monuments+Manchester sounds good
-YES TIB MINING, PLEASE
-Perimeter Fences likely only need one die, the bonus is to a point where we will literally only fail on a Nat 1 when our next +2 kicks in next turn
-YES SCHOOLS PLEASE, THIS IS GETTING FRUSTRATING
-ASAT is cursed but also very important, we need to keep throwing dice at it
-More Zone Suit factories are also important
So by any chance was the person who was selecting whoever was being put in charge of the ASAT build up a Nod Infiltrator? Because we already know the previous person was reassigned and then we just had another horrible roll so that makes me wonder if the reason we had such trouble with the ASAT system is because however was selecting the people to do the planning for it was ensuring we only had the horrible, the slow or those with odd priorities for the job.
I had 3 dice on them in my plan this turn but it is hard to say what our resource breakdown will be until we see the options and see what is happening this quarter.
Just to be clear BTW, getting Yellow Zone Reconstruction finished this turn was a less than 3% chance. I know it doesn't feel like it but we did get lucky with finishing our Housing crisis a turn sooner.
