The issue being you can never tell when he's bluffing, because his face and voice stay the same the entire time. Or it's words on a screen.Ah, but if he only ever bluffed on important things, it'd mean that people could tell something is important by the fact that he's bluff, right? It's like the quote - "You talk about the bayesian conspiracy exactly as much as would be expected of a non-member of the bayesian conspiracy."
But butterfly people, and starfish people! They're clearly superior overlords. Not an option in Stellaris, sadly. And the snails are cute. Which makes them even better as ruthless galactic overlords, IMO.
Yeah, but the snails have a piece of grass in their mouths, like a stereotypical farmer. I am a huge sucker for contradictions between appearance and personality, so the adorable snail farmers ruling the galaxy with an iron pseudopod appeals to me slightly more than the butterflies. Thanks for telling me what mollusc that one I couldn't ID was based on, though. But butterfly people, and starfish people! They're clearly superior overlords.
Aside: I'm not sure if I should do an appearance/name vote or not. Any preference one way or the other?
