I wonder what happens if we Halt a Scrant. Shouldn't its (possible) connection to its creator be interrupted just like the radio's?
That one is a good point; I put in a note to try using Halt on the Scrants.

well scouting question, do we see a human-sized heat source in the guy's house?
I meant as a mini action taken to inform our planning if there is something weird with his heat signature that would have a major affect on our plan.
I think there are enough unknowns that we do not want to risk fighting him in the village. The issue is if he would rabbit or not if we hit his base. He's parnoid right now so if he thinks his base has been found he might make a run for it.
or we could rop the insides of the house to absolute zero and call it a day. Less flashy than fire but about as deadly.
I'm just wondering why everyone is trying to deal with him in the house instead of waiting for him to go to his lab and doing all of this there
I'm mostly okay with Naron's plan

Will change fire to ice, though. Let us see how well we do on the other end of our thermal powers.
That's because we don't know what he is currently doing.I'm just wondering why everyone is trying to deal with him in the house instead of waiting for him to go to his lab and doing all of this there
I recommend making that conditional, fire is better at killing supernatural stuff. Going hot if his body heat signature is really weird might be a good idea. If he has turned himself into some weird shadow creature he might not need body heat anymore.
Hm... it should not be that big... however, Cerys should automatically ask if this can be arranged.@Naron Do you think we might be able to request someone to give us a ride around the town? It would shorten the time needed to search the whole town.
I just want to note that this statement is entirely inaccurate.
The village is pretty small, you can run across the entire place in under three minutes.Hm... it should not be that big... however, Cerys should automatically ask if this can be arranged.
Well... I guess it is the numbers.I just want to note that this statement is entirely inaccurate.
Yes.@Rukia I imagine the military guy will tell us if he sees an obvious flaw in our plan, right?
You will be walking around transformed, unless you specifically don't want to be wearing your armour for some reason.@Naron You should add 'acting like a normal young girl' while we're searching the village.

It really depends on how hard it is to drop the temp as opposed to raising it, but if all else is equal we do get more bang for our buck by lowering the temperatures most of the time.Well... I guess it is the numbers.
We can crank up the heat by hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands of degrees and more... but in Celsius, we can only go to -253 (?) before hitting rock bottom.
On first glance, having the large high numbers makes one think that fire is better.
I only remembered that ice is just as terrifying while making this vote; it is just not as noticeable because it does not destroy... much. It only freezes.
It's certainly not normal outdoors wear, but it wouldn't have people going MAGIC IS REAL.Say, we only have a face-shot of Cerys in her armour; how obviously unusual does it look?
As in, can we get away with wearing it and not gather too much attention?
I just want to note that this statement is entirely inaccurate.
