[] Use Exterminatus on only the toughest Ork Worlds, such as their major shipyards and capital worlds, estimated 3-6.- The Inquisition, First Artisan Granalf, Governor Ulric and King Zaren are supporting this proposal.
I'm for this one, we don't want to be exploding too many.

Otherwise I can't think off any other suggestions at the moment...

@Durin
1. Could we use military transport ships (at least any that are free) to shore up numbers for transporting colonists?
no, they will be required for the campaign

Same without those major shipyards the Orks will have to rely on limited piracy as well as hinder there ability to get a proper WAAAGH! going. I can be convinced on medium which will take away some of there important strategic resources (whatever those are. I'm guessing Squigoths and Ork Mek worlds that make titans or something).

With the tech trades I would really like it if we refrained from giving anything too strong. I just know that these Blood Dragons at the individual level may become corrupted due to there Imperium like size which means valuable knowledge and equipment falling into enemy hands. Also doing these trades means giving up secrets that show us to be a technology power that may attract the Dark Mechanicus. Which is bad.

1. Again. Please let's just try to swap out Imperial Tech and Maybe some freebie Royal Basilisks in exchange for those Forges.

2. Followed by buying some merchant ships with thrones from Avernus's personal coffers and negotiating for lower prices because of the fact that were taking down there enemies that are tying up more than 4 thousand Space Marines and 30 billion guardsmen.

@Alex pears

Remember that as soon as a world is cleared 5 billion colonist from Midgard show up to colonize.

[X] Use Exterminatus on any world that is to tough to take and strategically important due to resources, infrastructure or population, estimated 8-20. -Governor Olaf, Governor-General Aelfric, Governor Garp, Lord-Marshal Sigard and Fabricator-General Scott are supporting this proposal.

i am definitely in favor of the middle of the road option here, unless the costs for each exterminatus is way too much. i'm expecting 3-5 relic material a pop.

I'd even want to go for heavy exterminatus use if possible. It'd make a nice buffer of dead space between us and everything else.

Shit, we forgot about asking for an example of terminator armor. They may well NOT have the STC for it but still have suits.

This middle option seems a good compromise.

Going with the middle option.

Using extermanatious weapons should be for the toughest, other wise how can we use the resources of those worlds?

We can't. Tugozak's domain is too far away for us to colonize - the closest world in it is 200 LY away, meaning it's in a neighboring sector.

also worlds with particularly high populations and metal rich worlds, while Orks can make advanced tech out of scrap they still need the scrap,
1. no chance, they know exactly how valuable the forge designs are
2. thrones does not work in inter-polity trade, they have a different currency

it would be more accurate to say that it is in a sector that borders on a neighboring sector

Whoa metal rich worlds?

Normally I would say 'make a mining world for the sake of our industries' but since it's Tugozak (or whatever that orks name is) i'm going to go with medium. If they have no shipyards or alot of scrap then the time tables for them to build stuff for a good WAAGH get's extended. I'm sure our friends in Dragons Nest will enjoy the lessened pressure..if we tell them.

[X] Propose the Trust creates a centralised agency under the command of the Security Council dedicated to training defence engineers and work crews whose purpose is to rapidly build fortifications on new worlds and assist in the fortification of already held ones. This academy is to draw expertise from all worlds and relevant organisations of the Trust.

Until the reverse-engineering is complete, we have a very limited supply of the required munitions for Exterminatus, and some of those will probably be lost as part of the effort to reverse-engineer the technology. @Durin, How many worlds do we have the weapons to kill, and how many of those have to be held back for research purposes?

And times like this make me happy to have competent governors (plus a sane inquisition).

If there is a time for a perfect natural crit (in tec and scy the future) is now, all those exterminatus weapons. (if he upgrade them I will laugh)

If we have twenty, and are holding back 10, how does the middle option even work?

I mean, if it's just 8 targets, okay, but if it's more than 10, do they just choose priorities?

Or do they hope Tranth will pull off a miracle in that case?
