The point of this charade, and accepting actual tactical disadvantage to push it, is that if we don't convince them they can even the playing field and they're not already too high on their own supply to see sense in a vacuum, they just cut and run right now and we'd have no chance of catching them.
The problem with this is that we are not playing a Man of Iron -type of AI. And we don't have a Commander -type Crew to help with that either. I'm very, extremely leery about accepting a tactical disadvantage in a battle against this level of opponent. Yes, even against the risk of them running away.
We're in 40k why do we not have a ram on our ship
Vita is old-fashioned like that. She thinks that things like ramming your ship and melee on infantry scale are cringe, and that instead people should use guns to shoot eachother to smithereens like all civilized people.

The factory ship do have Rams in then. That's why my first idea is to shove them into the chaos cruwier and have them blow up in a pretty fireball.

I think trying to pull the same trick that worked on the Orks on Chaos will just end up costing us the element of surprise.

[X] Plan: Hammer of an angry explorer.

Don't waste time, breath or bandwidth on Chaos. Half the time the communications they send out are laced with Warp bullshit anyway so don't even bother opening a line.

[X] Plan: Hammer of an angry explorer.
-[X] Destroy the fuckers ship, make sure they do not escape.
-[X] Keep Cia/Bots on reserve for boarding resistance
-[X] Contact W securely if possible/ inform rest of the space assets in system that time to attack is now. (Victan)
--[X] Get her to deploy any trump card she may have to keep the ship from running
---[X] Attempt to position ourselves and the cruiser as required
-[X] Attempt to hack any and all stations, shipyards and start bot/other useful machines manufacturing. (Anexa Hepls)
--[X] Begin explaining EULA to unauthorised users, with prejudice.

Hmm... fair enough this makes more sense, no reason to court boarding, but it would be nice to use the rest of the crew and our own diplomatic skills:

[X] Plan: Hammer of an angry explorer.

I'm curious about this line of your plan @Haganeko. Why do we care about painting them as an aggressor when they have already invaded another system?

And also, who are we trying to sell this story to? The only people in the system are us, Denva, and Chaos.
I am more trying to respect Prime's wishes—I just put his idea into a plan because voting had opened for a while and they hadn't posted it yet.

I believe the thoought is to make it easier to get surrenders—and maybe so the ruse can be used again; it's never good to get a reputation for shooting first under a truce flag, even if the other side certainly intended to violate it, too.

Here is Prime explaining it himself.

EDIT: Sorry, Prime, just saw you have pronouns listed.
