I'm like, pretty sure at this point that he just doesn't exist any more. Slaanesh'll just spawn a new one if he's somehow thrown in an inescapable prison, and if he somehow gets out, it'll turn out that "Oh yeah the one that was imprisoned was thrown back in time after it got out so there was no moment where the universe lacked an active one."

With the recent breakthroughs in void-scale engineering and manufacturing, Legion Master Gamma the Apostle decreed it the perfect moment to upgrade and modernize the fleet of the Legion in preparations to construct two more, all the better to allow the Lamenters to ferry their expanded numbers across the Sector and to every battlefield they may be needed in, at, or above of.
In this vein, the most prominent ship designer cabals and military-industrial groups were joined with the Star-Mechanicum Sects dedicated to serving the needs of the Lamenters and their Auxiliaries, the needs of the Legion displayed and the wants of the same set in adamantium, alongside the reminder of the nature of their brand of warfare excelling in close quarters, brutal boarding attacks, and ramming enemy ships to facilitate and enhance the first two aspects.
As such, and with the approval of Legion Master Gamma the Apostle, new ships were soon proposed, revisioned, agreed upon, dismissed, advanced, and finalized.
Those were these ships:

You must create: 2x Destroyers, 2x Frigates, 2x Light Cruisers, 2x Heavy Cruisers, and 1x Battleship. You have 70 DP to spend as you wish on additional ships.
Mandatory Equipment (LC and above): 1x Yeeni Module, 1x Armored Module, 1x Security Module.
25% (Rounded Down) Discounted Equipment: Teleportariums and Melee Equipment.
Additional Standardized Equipment: Space Marine Crew/Dedicated Ortillery
Additional Weaponry: 2/4/6/8/10/20x Boarding Torpedos for 1/2/3/4/5/8 DP | 1x Boarding Battery for 2 DP | 1x Prow Hangar (-1 DP Cost with 1 DP Minimum)

Yep. But 1.5k is nothing to sneeze at given that Space Marines are considered venerable at ~300 years.
This guy is 5x a veteran space marine. He must be several flavors of nightmare either in a fight or as a commander.
Not mentioned his Lamenter luck that has failed kill him despite the many accidents
