[] Arquebus pattern
- [] Much differently from the Excalibur pattern, the Arquebus is designed as an extreme range artillery platform that can reconfigure for a terrifying sort of direct fire. Quadrupedal (the designers tried for Quintipedal but couldn't make it work) and surprisingly fast on the move, The Arquebus pattern is equipped with two twin linked long range weapons, generally either missile pods, modified artillery batteries or lascannons but more exotic weapons have been known to be used (notably prototype railguns, which transform the Arquebus into a rather terrifying sniper platform). Its modular hardpoints allow these to be swapped out relatively easily if necessary, and its terrain anchoring system results in impressively sturdy footing. While not designed for close combat, an integrated ion shield allows for resistance to counter artery fire and flamer attachments provide infantry defense.
So like a cutting edge machine used as slow, hover and move slowly, close air support in contested areas, designed to take and receive fire, with the most advanced armor and shielding systems, a sort of flying tank?
Y-you are aware that you have dedicated a significant amount of your civilizations research and military development toward making your actual air wings the best they could possibly be, right? Why are you trying to create flying Dreadnoughts?
If you want hover-mode as in grav-tank, you can do that, but anything above ~5m would be better spent just grabbing a Thule or a Little Sibling.

Well this is less about awesome flying and maneuver and speed than it is about awesome multi-weapon and various firing-mode management and the like. Something that makes sense for the *army*, not the *air force*, really. Does that follow? And why would any Thule want to fly something slow and low to the ground? And to loiter doing nothing for extremely long periods of time?
Yeah, but again, you are generally creating a Dreadnought-like war machine. As long as you are thinking in terms of tank-like mech, you should be golden.

[] Oathsworn-Pattern Battleline Dreadnought
-Standing taller then your average dreadnought, The oathsworn Pattern dreadnaught looks more like an ancient Contemptor Stole parts from an Armiger, leaving the Overside torso of the Dreadnought matched with similarly sized arms and legs clad in heavy Ceramite and plasteel plating. This leaves the new dreadnought standing 4 meters, sitting between the 4.5 meters of an armiger and the 3-3.7 of imperial dreadnoughts . Compared to old imperial pattern castapharum, this graduates the blazing assault from a deadly Battle waddle to a full on sprint. maintaining a level of dexterity that those familiar with the dreadnought's of the 40th millenium shocked, with the pilots movements having far more in common with their movements in live then a mechanical simulacrum.
With a warload totaling a pair of crew sized rapid fire plasma guns designed to fire in tandem as a hail of horde killing fire, Slung underneath a Powerfist on one Arm, a vehicle grade Plasma cannon on the other for engaging enemy armour, The oathsworn Rounds out it's arsenal with a pair of grenade launchers similar if smaller to the havoc, sitting on the dreadnoughts shoulders, designed to devastate enemy's who believe that something as meager as cover would protect them from the wrath of the star child. Between it's increased speed, Dexterity, the durability of prevouis generations of dreadnought and it's well rounded arsenal, The oathsworn was designed to act as a generalist, able to be deploy to any fight, against any foe in the galaxy and be able to give as good as it takes, whether it be against unending hordes, Enemy armour support or worse.
A full set of melee, ranged and artillery. Sounds good to me!
[X] Warcasket Pattern Excalibur - Designed to be nimble and maneuverable, the Excalibur pattern is a specialized melee platform, built lanky and well proportioned compared to the typical dreadnought. Wielding an upscaled power sword or maul (pilots choice) in one hand and equipped with a heavy ion shield gauntlet in the other. They also possess integrated flamers for the clearing of infantry. While less armored than the traditional dreadnought the Excalibur pattern is much more nimble and capable of dodging. (Someone familiar with the Aeldari might remark on its resemblance to a wraith construct, but it's a case of convergent evolution more than anything).
[X] Warcasket Pattern Hellfire Reborn - An homage to the Promise of Rebirth that carried Chapter Master Amadeus 'Chyron' Chyropheles, May His Name Ever Be Remembered for so many years, the Hellfire Reborn is armed in as similar a manner to the Hellfire Deadnaught as possible, with a heavy plasma cannon, missile launcher, smoke launchers and twin-linked heavy bolters. It's basically a brick with heavy armor and a lot of guns, but it pays significant respect to the origins of the modern Lamenter order, and is thus one of their most-used designs.

Reality buckles. Daemonettes scream in disappointment. Leviathans of adamantium, durasteel, and plasteel peel off the remains of months of travel through the Warp. The laughter of a clown echoes through eternity.
And the Tears of the Void blares its identification signals through the battle raging around it, its prow already splaying apart the guts of a Symphosium Heavy Cruiser, batteries thundering with un-diminished ferocity and un-broken defiance.
The task force sent to kill the Daemonworld of Festerspire returns triumphant, with their internal clocks placing them only two months after their deed rather than decades.
They return to a Federation bloated with conquest and unification, a Duchy recovering from war yet sending materials to aid Grove and Authority, and a Grove and Authority fighting valiantly as Glimmerlings set forth to settle dozens of systems in a land of holy death.
The Sector has been changed irrevocably, and the coming years will show how the peace will be won.

[-] [General] Integrate The New Territories (3/17)
A lot of work is in front of us. Many of these systems, and even Sub-Sectors, are in dire need of...everything. People, food, medicine, protection against Chaos, and more mundane threats. Everything needs to be built, and everything needs to be done. Thankfully, the Federation is overflowing with billions of people willing to volunteer to raise these new homes for new citizens to the heights they deserve.
(Gain: 1 Sub-Sector per Action put in is raised to Federation Standards.)
[] [General] Construct Aethyrmetric Engines (0/2)
Aethyrmetric Engines are required to use any Aethyrmetrics, though thanks to our trade with the Duchy, we have been able to copy their current designs as a gesture of goodwill. With our comprehensive understanding of this art and how to sanctify machinery beyond what even our Choirs can do, these Engines will be a great boon in securing critical locations and efforts against Chaos or those of interest to it.
(Gain: Vastly increased anti-Chaos defenses not reliant on psykana.)
[] [General] Colonize (Sub-Sector)
It is time to bring more worlds into the fold. Thanks to the Irrita becoming our Kin, we will not lose any Development when colonizing worlds that are less than habitable due to them being terraformed into habitable worlds.

-[] Sigils (0/2)
Carved into reality itself, born from song and melody, humm and symphony.
(Gain: Sigils.) -[] Hexagrammic Grammophone (0/5)
An...idea, a mad one, created by some of the Msk'fa who were powerful enough to join the Celestial Choir, and who had the fortune to be well-versed in their people's history. The Hexagrammic Grammophone has one job, and it is projected to be able to achieve it: Sing on its own with pre-recorded Melodies. That ability...it is to vast to speculate about. -[] Anti-Psychic Materials (0/7)
There are some materials that, for one reason or another, seem to repell psychic phenomena and works, which, in the right hands, could prove to be a boon in our anti-daemon efforts.
(Gain: Anti-Psychic Materials collected and understood.) -[] Psykana-Repelling Persons (0/4)
Though they are rare, some people seem to not merely be uncomfortable to be around but possess an...anti-soul if one would say something so base. Yet, while normal people find them unpleasant, our Hymnals would rather run away or self-harm themselves than be in their presence. This...could be useful.
(Gain: Anti-Souls?) -[] Arcanum Psyker Staves (1/9)
The ability to create psychic focii is no longer a mere beginner's art within the Glimmering Federation, and with knowledge and familiarity comes the ability to strive further than yesterday. With The Sun Melody having become a measuring stick upon which one can see progress, it is estimated that further refinement will be capable of reducing the damages incurred into "mere" full-body second-degree burns.
(Gain: Improves Choir efficiency and might when using Songs and Melodies.) -[] Arcanum Psychic Hoods (0/9)
Thanks to the work done in figuring out how to psychically tune and shape cloth and metals to weave together into one whole, a "Psychic Hood" for the layperson, the Celestial Choir is eager to not only begin large-scale dissemination of knowledge and practice but also delve deeper into their understanding of how they function and can be improved.
(Gain: Improved Psychic Hoods are equipment that shields your Psykers from backlash to varying degrees.) -[] Choir's Tangle (0/6)
The Choir's Tangle is a system of Psykana married with Technology capable of providing minor guidance to the Federation's Choirs singing Bound To The Stars, thus speeding up their traveling speed.
(Gain: Improved speed between Federation Systems. It requires a choir to operate and will automatically apply the necessary numbers.) -[] Discordant Shriek (0/11)
Utilizing the same underlying principles as the Choir's Tangle, the Discordant Shriek is a series of five installations that will be put in a perfect orbit around the local star in predetermined patterns, each housing one part of a Choir, that will, when enemy ships approach the system, activate and try to disrupt and rip the approaching vessels out of the Warp at best and seek to damage and delay them at worst.
(Gain: A means to inflict damage to approaching Fleets. It requires a choir to operate and will automatically apply the necessary numbers.) -[] Applied Anti-Warp Corruption Sigils - (0/15)
Anti-Warp Sigils of potent etching, carved into the leather born from the willing, carved by hands that shiver in cold and burning pain, wrought into reality itself with the blood of ichor dripping from violated souls carrying out their creation. Shield these places, guard these items, know no rest and adhere to no master beyond this: hark against Thought and Cancer from the Deep Beneath Growth. -[] Aethyrmetric - Null Thoughts (0/59)
It is one thing to debate with reality to alter a state. Another to order it to cease reality in totality.

Grand Armies are composed of 2 SAGs per Sub-Sector System, which are composed of 4 Units each. Though each SAG will have its own Battle Standard and Motto, only those existing will be recorded in detail. A Grand Army requires you to specify each SAG as either Light, Medium, or Heavy, with the further moniker of Infantry/Mechanized/Tanks/Augmetic Legions Formations attached. All other specializations will be taken care of within the Grand Army itself. A Knight Order contains 20 War-Packs, one War-Pack consisting of One Questoris per Four Armigers, of variable Patterns.
(Gain: Five Grand Armies or Seven Knight Orders.)

From what we can tell, thanks to our history, what information we, the Kil'drabi, Yeeni, and the archives of our planets tell us, the difference between a prosperous interstellar polity and one naught but ash is the strength of their navy. At the moment, we have the beginning of a proud Void Fleet, yet purely defending against our enemies is a great way to get ground down into dust over time; we need to be able to bring the fight to them.
(Information: Ship Classes requiring more DP than you possess take more than one Action to design.
Gain: Newly designed and built Ship Class/es.)

[] [Psykana] Conduct Six Melodies (0.6/1 - Auto Complete) - [Choose Melody]
The Celestial Choir has been given the means; with time, they shall conduct their songs. They will listen to the Warp and filter out the false whispers from the slumbering guidance of the Star Child. In halting prayer and stumbling humming, the truth will be stripped until nothing but it remains in the hands of those who shall make it anew into power to be wielded by the Choirs to come. As there are 10 Celestial Choirs free to pursue research, the High Council can ask them to pursue a target instead of what comes close. This will, naturally, be lost once they dip below 10 Choirs.

Wow, really? That new Symphony is paying for Cry to the Future in the current context?
I'm thinking this is a great time to prep to put the boot in on the Symphosium--especially now that our Exterminatus Fleet has returned, while we hasten the integration with any Cry actions. But this is back of the napkin thonks right now, we've got a lot more wiggle room thanks to the new Symphony helping defray the cost of Cry to the Future, and we actually got our Tremors down as low as they can go even activating it!
Ok, general plan sketch. Obviously we leave Cry for the Future on, this is the last turn of the Agenda so let's push the military button again
[] Plan: The Federation Grows to Fufill the Needs of the Growing Federation -[] [General] Integrate The New Territories (3/17)
-[] 2x military -> 5x military between Agenda
--[] 3x fleet construction actions to fill out out our fleet cap
--[] ship design action for 4x temple ships
--[] Press against the Symposium yet again! (Or do another DaoT site)
-[] Cry for the Future action 1 & 2: [General] Construct Aethyrmetric Engines (0/2)

There Is No End To Us Who Live.
There Is No Death For Us Who Love.
There Is No Trial We Must Complete.
Beyond The One Of Living Good.
Beyond The One of Living Sure.
Beyond The One of Living True.
Lament Me Not, For I'm Not Gone.
Lament Me Not, For I'm Still Here.
Lament Me Not, For I Remain.
In You.
Lament Me Not - Whenever this Symphony is Sung after a great tragedy or great loss of life, the Warp will calm with the tears of the grieving and the mourning of the living.
think that we should do the Construct Aethyrmetric Engines action this turn and next turn because it will help us as we are currently taking over a formerly chaos controlled sub-sector
