My general assumption with regards to combining powers is that we're basically playing a game of broken telephone, where the new power is pieced together from the broad descriptions of the powers we're combining + the specific tags. I have no idea how correct this interpretation is, but it's more interesting to me that way so I'm sticking with it until proven wrong.
(I would be wary of assuming that any specific secondary properties like Millions Minefield's energy fields having offensive utility as opposed to just being a power that focuses on wide-area energy manipulation would carry over, especially if it doesn't really fit with with the other donors)
With that in mind, the idea behind the combination I originally proposed is that you're combining a power that "reads inanimate objects" with a power that "controls inorganic constructs" with a power that allows for "transformation/mimicry of inanimate objects". You can add in other powers like Fast Track or Steadfast but at that point I suspect the focus shifts. This is all unfounded speculation on my end however.
