Okay songs are ALL updated again, we can PLEASE do one already? I've been logging in all of these combos for a reason? can't we get one? or at this point I'm reaching and mostly begging for a miracle, for the QM to allow one song to be created in honor of the cataloguing of the Song combo thus far by a quester on their own accord?

anyways I'm gonna take a break, before making my own plan.

If you switch out the Psyakna action I have and do a Song then it could work. Everything else on there is kind of a big want for everyone involved. I'd only ask that if you do a song please try and make one that helps us with development.

Actually, we had confirmation that the Loyalty's Bloom is pretty shit against the Duchy since they have tech that allows them to scan a whole system. Might as well just slap in more Sagittarius Frigates, Lupus Destroyers, or squeeze it more Hyrdus's

Tbh I kinda lost hope that we'll get to all X and have made my peace that the best we'll get is probably Void XV or XIII, and I'm kinda ok with the traits and Industry we have at the moment though I would like more Heavy Industry for reasons that should be obvious.

Anyways, I really want a combat Song. Either Laser Beam of Magic or the Song that's basically the psychic equivalent of a 500kg Hellbomb

It's 33 actions and honestly very doable. We just have to focus a bit and maybe use songs and such. Like frankly I get it and honestly probably gonna be fairly salty about it for a bit but I think it's doable. We just need to do a dev action and frankly anytime we do like put one on it does get voted for. We just have to space it.

Also combat songs are kind of a waste imo because like we have weapons that do it and the Sun II which is the Hellbomb. Songs are good for large scale societal effects imo. Not low scale combat ones

Sorry, I'm kind of running around with my hair on fire right now. But it seems like what we've been told is that we're not focused enough. We have 9 turns before the Black Ash become a problem. I would rather integrate the Ashan before then.

I'll check around for other plans and maybe change my vote tomorrow.

I ge tthat. The main problems is that speed running it is gonna be real hard for us. We have trade, an alliance and friendship with them and honestly just sheer size on top of that. Integrating them should be a matter of doing more diplomacy actions with them. It's just gonna take time no matter what.

TBF, we don't really know since we never actually made a combat Song, and while the Sun melody is great, it's also something that cripples the user and while we have gotten better at controlling the effects, it's usually a "one and done" kind of thing. I'd like to see what the effects of what a Song dedicated to that would be.

But the thing is, that's 9 (8 now) turns to integrate a polity we have had no official contact with before they figure out we've been playing "silly buggers" with them. This isn't 8 turns to take this specific action, that's only the first step.

doesn't the order of actions effect things, like wouldn't having the horizon program be before research grant us 0.2 extra banked research? or does the benefit only occur next turn?

unsure, normally the things being worked on aren't ready the same time but that depends, its like doing tech the same turn as Ship design doesn't have the tech being researched available for the ship design. I can shift it a bit to be safe though.

By the way the things we need to level up our pseudo Navigator song are rank 2 for: The Home, Fire, and Humanity

While our pseudo Astropath song is the same but with Unity instead of Humanity.

If we grab three of them with an action and then the last one with the next auto- advance unlock I think they could help out a lot.

Forgot to add in the Andromedas, and even with them you kinda go a bit over the limit with 34 ships so far, but I think you could get away with going with 4 Andromedas and adding 6 more ships since this will be less tonnage than our usual SBGs.

1. The Grove would be a relaxed and calm gardener with an automatic shotgun on their back.
The Ashan Families would be a bickering nest of scum and villainy.
The Black Ash Clan is a haughty and sexist female mecha-pilot that thinks highly of herself while, infuriatingly, having the skills and honorable conduct to back it up.
The Black Cat Mercs are basically Mr.Crabs but as a dude carrying two rocket launcher.
The Mashan are a mountain with a beard and reading glasses telling the kids to pipe down, they are trying to read.
And at this point, a buff shirtless Piscarian joined the Nun Gun Team. Though he wears a leash and collar nobody asked him to wear, stating it ain't illegal to hold your own reigns. (He lies. It's for the Yeeni topping him while the Nun films it.)

This is a bad SBG design.
1) It includes no Andromeda ships, so it's incapable of flying in formation
2) It's 34 ships large, so it doesn't match neatly with Andromeda's even if we build them seperatly
3) You probably didn't intend to, but it's a massively inefficient composition.
==> Our current SBG is worth 248 fleet points
==> Your plan scales it down, building smaller frigates over light cruisers not including the Andromeda's, lowering the cost to just 224, thereby further increasing the inefficiency. The opposite is what's required, we should increase it.

There we go, experimental Gen 4 strike craft combined with Enhanced Strategeium and N'Nomiton Squadron (+ re-arming/Vet Gene Lines/Strict) means that this thing can really fuck up a lot of dudes, especially since it's also got a Wave Motion Gun.

I've got its dedicated escorts on the way as well. But yeah, this thing's still shitting out a solid pile of squadrons, except they're N'Nomitons instead of "Just" the top scoring Thules. I think at least Handpicked Pilots + N'Nomiton Squadron don't stack at least? Since the latter is literally the same thing but better @HeroCooky?

CHANGELOG: Had to make a few tweaks to get the length down a notch, and had to give up a point of shields, but it should still be viable with a spinal weapon and two hangars, and the reduced shields is mitigated by this being a long ranged vessel that'll be expected to operate in tandem with Scutum-class escorts. We still get two heavy mixed hangars with all of our fighter boosting equipment that exists, with the option of it being able to launch naval artillery fire at enemy swarms when our squadrons are either closing, or when they're withdrawing to recover.

CHANGELOG 2: ARc-Carronade was fixed to not be penalized, the point was put to On-Board Supply Generation to compensate for the increased maintenance needs of the Experimental Fighter Deployments.
