Yeah, but that we need to take it another time to unlock the big mechanical thing kinda sours it, imho.Honestly, I also like the fluff behind Collective Action, that it means that those who Have will be inclined to uplift those who Have Not, it's something that plays very nicely with our other perks so far, so I'm very much in favor of it.

You just never had to go hard. Because there was no need. You were under pressure, you were worried, or under attack, but at no point has anyone every actually been a threat large enough for you to feel the need to say: "Fire up the factories, everyone is now either a worker or a soldier."
