I am once again presenting my plan, because I want that War Pack. We've had these things for like 50 years if not longer and I want to actually get some benefit from the big voted for reward that we picked, and give our Knights time to actually train with the machines we designed a whole organization around before we need to send them off to war.

Honestly at this point I'll vote for any plan with Kharnivores in it, I'm not that picky. About the only thing I won't vote for is the Holy Orders thing, cause it gives me the Jeepers.
 
For Fires of Industry, I'd rather refit the Aries into the Aries-S. We can get the whole fleet done with one AP.
 
Don't we build 4 Aries-Secundus per decade vs refitting 6 of the normal class into Secundus per decade? Just building 4 more of the Secundus variant would probably be more worthwhile unless the Secundus counts for something like three-four of their normal variants. Admittedly, in raw firepower they are kinda at that level.

While we would get more ships, if we don't refit them we'll still have 6 Corvettes that are severely outdated. I'd rather patch that spot, and if we're gonna make more ships, I'd rather more Curxes or Lupuses since those are the ships that designed to be used in numbers greater than the 1 we have for each of them now.

The Aries-S are superior in virtually every respect to the standard type. Getting 6 for one AP as a one time bonus is a bargain. These are the one warships we've built that can genuinely threaten Imperial equivalents on a one to one basis.
 
Hey, is there a reason space marines don't use knights? I feel like they'd work as a dreadnaught with some modifications and a marine would presumably be a far better pilot.

Also would an action to design better combat vehicles be possible or useful?

Keep in mind that the Aries Secundus basically has the firepower of two Sword frigates strapped together and with speed like an AdMech Cobra destroyer. Refitting the Aries could arguably double the firepower of our fleet. Holy inspiration designs are utter nonsense.
