the mushrooms in their later evolution are literally just giant mushrooms so theres them. Also yog did write the hell as a place with a lot of in born mutations in the 5 various races.

Those sort of do it but I don't think that we are going to invest into those unfavored charms much more.
It would be great if free form shape shifting was available, but I guess that would be treading on Lunar toes.
Oddly enough I didn't expect that to bite us latter. Of course I wasn't part of the quest back then.
Our shintai has the problem that normal humans find it scary and non-humans just see a human. We accidentally just went for the uncanny valley effect for the worse of both worlds.

Molly is an Infernal. Her Shintai could have looked like the cutest clown in the world with big soulful eyes and a friendly smile and it still would have started inspiring fear in the hearts of basically everyone within a year. The only reason people don't walk around her like on eggshells is that Molly's exploits aren't yet widely known.

you know I get what your going for but a clown is scary. I would rather see a harvester devil than a molly clown with a sword and friendly smile.
I feel like she is far enough behind you guys that it makes sense for her to get the XP. But if you guys want that 2 XP could apply to Molly and Lydia only indirectly.

When Arianna did damage to us everyone bugged out and immediately brought out Shintai on the very next turn yet nobody wants to get rid of Molly's squishyness???
You guys know its only going to get worse from hereon out yes? The Reds are going to respond and they have other people on or near Arianna's level. Not to mention chip damage from mooks, which we still have to worry about because some people refused to replace Green Nimbus Flare with the other charm that would've allowed us to deal with them.
Molly needs to live and not go into Shintai the moment she takes damage more than she needs extra crafting points rn.

Shintai was to deal with things quickly. And possibly an overreaction. Craft can be used to make items to improve soak significantly. The probability of Red Court being able to do anything about us in thr next few months is vanishingly small, and we have enough foci to destroy them completely in that time if we so chose. Don't forget, we are not their only enemy. White Council and Winter are also their enemies. And Winter is just ramping up for revenge. And dealing with accord violations.
Buying one more ox Body won't stop us from going into shintai at first opportunity

It has been a tactic to save Shintai until we absolutely need it because Molly can only use it once per arc with a 100% chance of activation, and Shintai is currently her only mid combat heal option. We have never went into it at first opportunity until that plane fight. The more health she has the longer we can wait before using it.

I'll still pick the extra health, but to be fair I don't really think the Red Court's gonna send anyone out against Molly right now, given Arianna tried to sic a divine hunter on Molly only to get the tables turned so badly they probably can't even find her remains at this point.
It's not like the Lords of Outer Night go dicking around outside all that often either, and even then they'll probably think twice before going after the one who's killed an excessive number of immortals in the last few months. At a certain point you just cut your losses and don't keep sticking your hand in the woodchipper y'know? Especially given that they're still stuck in a cage match with the White Council.

In fairness part of that was related to how the combat post looked when it originally went up.
It was something like 3 lethal damage post soak that we couldn't actively defend against with every indication she could just keep doing it. It was modified down when people caught a few rules issues later, but voting had started by that point.

We went Shintai against the Kakuri troop before the fight even started and we used it against Katrinn once we took our first injury...

Getting technical here/extending on what you said.
We're essence 3, our second shintai role in an arc rolls 3 dice against a difficulty of 6(pg 196)
If an arc goes for more than 28 days and we spend 28 days without using Shintai that resets our usage counter(pg 196)
If we spend a full 5 days in our kingdom that also resets our shintai. I'm assuming that's all in a row(pg 201)
