Its not a 2008 BMW E60/E61 M5(V10, 500 horsepower) or an 2008 Audi RS6(V10, 579 horsepower), which are arguably better sports cars of the period, but to step up seriously in sports cars performance in this era you're probably looking at dropping around twice its price on something like a Lamborghini or a Ferrari, which would probably be a two seater.
In our drive way? Duh. Or a longterm parking lot with security.
Just make sure you acquire it legallyish from the city. Its an expensive car, even used, so you can be sure a bunch of connected people who heard it being seized are probably keeping an eye on when it will go up for sale.

Crafting something and especially selling it for how much it would be world would take more than the four days you have unless you want to hand them to Marcone or something.

Might ask Dresden who his material science dealers are; he's been paid in gold and had to sell it, and he also got diamonds from Hades vault in Skin Game and sold those.

Niemi is dead. He's precisely the sort of arsehole to have bank accounts in Panama or the Cayman Islands. You can empty some of them into charities and hide the movement of some in the shuffle. But the financials of someone who is likely to be the subject of a criminal investigation is probably wiser to stay away from.
Just make a bunch of jewel-quality stones and find sell them at a 50% discount.
The actual problem is figuring out our tax filings for 2007.
Because an 18 year old buying a hundred kay sports car is kinda interesting to tax authorities.

Well order of operations
- Have our cyber devils poke around and see if they can find any opportunities to steal money from some group we dislike. It's always possible we might get lucky. Make of those group are old and not up to date on the technology thing.

We'd want an excellency before starting to make electronics for sale. We are "craft: mechanics" specked. This probably means stuff like custom pens, clocks (or wrist and pocket watches), various mechanical knicknacks, etc. We could also probably do custom knives.
For Dresden's computer we could either:
1) Get a stock computer HMPed before gifting it to Dresden (rolls excellency with difficulty adjusters to convince him to take it)
2) Teach Bob to possess it as an HMP analogue
3) Use black jade for magical insulation (might or might not work).

Well for making money our best bet might be to find some junker car. You know the sort the owner is just willing to give away if you haul it away. Then repair it to pristine condition.
Point of order:
Dresden doesnt have electricity in his house. He uses magic and candles for illumination, and an icebox for food preservation.
He takes cold showers in Chicago winter, and either coal or wood in his fireplace for heating.
No idea what he cooks with, or how he does laundry.
Computers are pretty low down on his quality of life issues.
Lots more important things to fix.
Figuring out how to sidestep techbane is a prerequisite for intervention.
Everything from electronics to getting him a new car(s).

Cars are also probably technology. I think we are better off with art type objects. I really like the custom knives idea. It's plausible that Molly can do this, and high-end knives go for tens of thousands of dollars and more. We can probably make a knife in an hour, with absurd successes. The best ones we could keep, the worse, but still legendarily good ones, we could sell.
1) Cars with GPS can be HMPed - that's considered enough computerization. So, for example, a boiler with a heat sensor and the possibility of controlling the rate of burning could be HMPed too. Same with everything else. Slap some sensors and a wifi module on it, then HMP it.
2) Black jade can be used to contain both gossamer and an exaltation. It might be usable to either insulate tech from techbane or to contain Harry's techbane emanations within him.

The minion can be rehoused and will be perfectly fine. Getting the car is a pointless extravagance. I would much prefer interesting personal interactions. Personally I would prefer the "A Rose's Tale" but either is better then the car.

Keep in mind that just because it is the same substance does not mean it is the same purity that contained an Exaltation. The Fomori 'just' needed to contain gossamer, and even that over a short distance. In fact that way they were doing it the containment would only last tens of minutes in transit hence why they needed to set up shop here, between the population of victims and the underwater Dragon Nest.
What woud we need to roll to refine it? Occult? Alchemy? That 5 dot crafting charm? Also, can we use it ask the crown for "the location of (way to) the largest undiscovered and unclaimed black jade deposit in the world"?
- Alchemy, that is the material science of magic. You could also do it with wonder crafting.
- That is a valid question, though it's best to leave out 'the world' since this does not seem like the kind of thing that can be found in mundane reality
Don't tell me that in an exalted crossover Black Stone wouldn't be black jade. On the other hand, this is fair, I specified "undiscovered" - if I didn't we were liable to get the path to a certain Tibetan prison.
Also, no jade asteroids floating around as remnants of some old cosmic conflict?
In any case, a Nevernever expedition at some point is probably a must.
1)Dresden is tentatively fine with cyberdevil equipment for other people. Even for Mouse.
That does not mean that he is fine with cyberdevil equipment for himself. He is a high ranking law enforcement/military commander for a magical nation that is at war, where communications security is at a premium, and they would have legitimate questions about possessed equipment that is always in listening mode.

Its a rare enough material that its not really a repeatable protocol, and it would leave him reliant on us.
We want something that ideally in our absence he can still put up for himself, and teach wizard allies to use.
3)The thing is, we know its canonically possible to shield against techbane.
Fae and other supernatural magic users dont affect technology unless they want to; Mab doesnt, Maeve doesnt, Lea doesnt, Gard doesnt, the Archive doesnt.
And plenty of lesser human talents live with normal mortal tech without frying it.
Dresden knows at least one way to do it, even; he canonically had a suppression spell running during a TV interview on not!Jerry Springer at the start of Death Masks, which is around two years ago iirc.
Its just that it required a lot of concentration to hold it.
What we actually need is to pick up Summoning/Binding/Wards Path and work with Bob to invent a ward that protects mortal technology from techbane. Basically magical Faraday shielding.
We either apply it around his home(and in his car), or we build a magic thingy to hold the ward.
Write down the instructions and proliferate it among magic users.
