I like them all and can't choose which is best, each of them being more common is useful to us, frankly if i have to chose five i would most see as being useful. it would have to be

[X] Itzl - Old One of Beasts and Dominance
Our world is full of more beasts, we need some more to our roster, this will help

[X] Tlazcotl - Old One of Will and Inevitability
I like willpower and being able to say "No" to a Deamon will be funny.

[X] Potec - Old One of Serenity and Protection
Better to get these ones ready if we have to deal with hostile Psykers and magic later, and the earlier the better

[X] Quetzl - Old One of Guardianship and Invincibility
I like me some more stronger contenders for the Temple Guards, getting more of them up and running will lessen Slann deaths, always a good thing.

[X] Tepok - Old One of Wind and Magic
The Rarest and one that's all about Magic, our big thing.

[X] Tlazcotl - Old One of Will and Inevitability

This one I think fits the Slaan best, or rather the history of the lizardmen as a whole best. Facing a gruesome, losing battle of attrition for who knows how long through the power of sheer will and determination. Trusting in the inevitability of their mission, and strengthening their will until it is made manifest by it's own undeniability.

If I had to choose otherwise, it would probably be between Huanchi and Potec, but for now this is where my vote rests.

Thanks for the update QM, very well done and deceptively dense for what my notification reported as being so small!

[X] Tepok - Old One of Wind and Magic

According to the rarity spoiler, Tepok spawnings are so rare they might as well not happen, so lets fix that.

[X] Tepok - Old One of Wind and Magic
[X] Xhotl - Old One of Fate and Choice
[X] Tlazcotl - Old One of Will and Inevitability

[X] Tlazcotl - Old One of Will and Inevitability
I'm voting this, but more than a couple imply making death less of an immediate problem and may help with what we discussed before about reviving dead lizardmen using our death god.

That was a very cool, and very deceptive (in terms of length) update. I really liked how all the choices came together like that in the last section.

[X] Xhotl - Old One of Fate and Choice
[X] Tepok - Old One of Wind and Magic
[X] Tlazcotl - Old One of Will and Inevitability

Absolutely loved the update. I'd say you nailed the feeling of branched paths that Secret Histories can give, and it... well, it really felt like a branching tree, and it's fruits was sweet indeed.

Now, I since mechanically they'll be similar, the choice is more stylistic, or perhaps
What is the defining characteristic of Lizardmen? What would we want them to embody further?

[X] Tlazcotl - Old One of Will and Inevitability

Their unbreakable will and uncorruptible souls are seen nowhere else in reality.
They oppose Chaos and chaos not even by grand works they erect, but by simple fact of their continued existence.
It's quite inspiring, honestly.

[X] Xhotl - Old One of Fate and Choice

They are the closest to their makers, most aligned with their mission.
It is only natural that their fate is the strongest, as it's guided by the hand of the Oldest creators.
And it's quite heartwarming, honestly.

[X] Potec - Old One of Serenity and Protection

The world is filled with noise, violence, chaos, Chaos and plain disorder. Where everyone is at everyone's throats, where despair and desperation is everpresent.
Not for Lizardmen, however. Like a stone in middle of an ocean, the waves crash upon them, and they stand unmoving, unbothered. Still, quiet and serene.
And it's quite soothing, honestly.

[X] Potec - Old One of Serenity and Protection

Résistance against magic is always good, especially if we must fight Eldars in the future. And I like serenity, calm and peace.

Only the mind of a Slann could comprehend the different choices. To us feeble mortals they are hidden beneath ancient meso-american spoiler tags.
