Ok, I'm finally awake. I don't know if it's too late to post a plan here, but at least I'd try since the two leading plans put is in a very, very bad position in Q3 23 BBY of a
96.4% chance at
-27 Facilities.

Some explanation:
1. I understand why 6D was thrown because our maximum exposure reduction capacity is 6.
However, 6D means we are at the mercy of dice rolls next turn because 11 additional dice then might not be enough to actually fill the gap (there's a 35% chance of not making it on 17 dies over two turns).
Moreover, we only have a surplus of 6 facilities after the next two phases for Off-world expansion settles Clone Production, so we'd need
even more facilities.
If you are serious about paying more than lip service about the need to build defences, you should not be taking Free dies away from infrastructure, which is badly needed. Any dies not in infrastructure is a weaker defence of Kamino, ultimately.
Additionally, I am also unsure what Ossha would do to us with a -20 facilities shortage we could have avoided, but -10 already was beginning to affect our operations, albeit with a grace period of one turn to resolve the issue.
2. There is no need to put FD to finish our Dreadnoughts on time. At 15D, the odds of both Dreadnoughts finishing is over 99.9%+, Any dice gives it at 100%.
3. The DP-20 is a
stronger escort than the CR-90, and one more adept at dealing with Drone Swarms because of its significantly larger firepower. The CR-90 advantage is that is cheap and modular, but
cost isn't the limiting factor for us, nor is it for the industrial advantages the Republic has over the Confederacy. The Corvette and Frigate designations fulfil very similar niches, both of them are Escorts designed as screens. The difference, in this case, isn't even the scale of the ship, in fact, the DP-20 is even
smaller than the CR-90 (120 v 150m according to Wookiepedia) - its firepower is what makes it a different class of ship.
- I also think if you are really serious about solving the Bomber issue, throw more than 1D to Bombers, because an average of 87 progress at 1D is two phases or just +6 more bombers produced per quarter. This barely begins to fix a gap.
- I'm actually more sympathetic to expanding Capital Ship contracts, because we do have the capacity to use our Shipyards for Bombers and Escorts once the Dreads are complete, but we actually can't build capital ships on Kamino yet. I think politically though, handing-off a strong line of procurement to Corellia to the Republic serves as a counterweight to the massive contracts being handed over to Kuati Escorts
- I also believe the Judicial are mostly procuring CR90s (even in quest narrative), so shortages of CR90s aren't an issue for the Republic Navy, since the Judicial Fleet would be brought into the fold.
