I'd be willing to shift a dice to slow aging from mental. We kind of need learning for training up our younger clones. Basics are essential. I think more experts early could make a difference, and we haven't done nearly enough in a single quarter to need a cover up already. I'll make the adjustment and you tell me if it's suitable.

Hoping we can grab Zam Wesell with this but even with that we will need to start reducing Exposure next turn. Also if we get a second recruitment option I am hoping for a more engineering scientist or master administrator since we need to get some blaster designs for our factories. Our blaster factory currently stands idle.
@Oshha How does Exposure work? Are there any thresholds we need to watch out for? Basically what levels are fairly safe and what are in the "we are about to be caught" territory.

Closer to zero than fifty is fairly safe and closer to a hundred than fifty is you're about to be caught.
