[X] The Young Woman

I really want to vote for the Mature Woman, because her being the representative of the middle part of the trio says to me that the Matron Winter's actual role in their society is very different from being the Empress/chief ruler equivalent that I initially thought and would be intuitive to the Imperial mindset.

The Young Woman has the greatest K.I.S.S. energy though, so ultimately I'm voting for that.

Plus Ling Qi was never really much of a fighter or ruler.
Ling Qi is a deadly fighter. Not physical, but many warriors in this world are not. She is an extremely deadly combatant for her level and combat is a major focus for her

3dit: I still think the mother is the worst option, as Ling Qi has much more to benefit from the maiden's diplomacy or the crone mysticism. But she is definetly a fighter

this being a shrine to winter aspects and the moon being tied to winter-cold-dark-end here says interesting things about how Hanyi can develop going forward.

We even have three moon aunties from the north to patronize us

This polity is an excellent non-aggression target. The lands are too far and too brutal to be of use, they place large value on our most common (and renewable) resource, they connect into a much larger nation of confederated cultures, and they value not making war between humans (and excuse the barbs because they are spirit bonded)

I think Mother-ness seems to be key to unlocking our current heart demon, as well as shifting several relationships for the better.

And maybe the nudity/motherhood will even interact with LQ's revulsion/fascination with sexuality which doesn't seem like healthy asexualism as much as trauma that needs confronting.

Hmmm.... so we have the Queen, the Warrior and the Witch. Though, curiously, the warrior is the mature one instead of youth, as is usual with these symbols.

Tricky, because Ling Qi is kind of touching all of them. She's not a ruler quite, but she will be, and she is getting into politics, like right now. Warrior... well, cultivator and warrior go together. And witch... wise one and mystic... well, that should also be obvious I hope.

I don't know. I'll have to think more on this.

[X] The Mature Woman

Yeah, this one does seem to suite Ling Qi the best, for all that it's obvious trappings are the ones that fit her the least.
