Ok let's try this for a bit. I am more interested in Ling Qi's personal philosophical journey than looking at our past or looking at our job.

An excellent narrative fit given how recently Ling QI's past's influence has been popping up.

I think the Liu had some sort of influence in Tonghou? It'll be interesting if we get to see something about them while there.

Before Ling Qi can move forward, it is important to face both who she was and where it all started. Right now is as good a time as any for that.
 
I do like the street stuff, so I don't mind hitching onto this bandwagon. Maybe we'll become more comfortable with our past.

Is much rather see Ling Qi be integrated into the workings of the territory than be focused on a particular city or tucked away in a village

Seeing LQ doing anything to address the issues of her past is something to strive for, in my opinion. Also hoping to have her do more to honour Grinning as her first patron and generally have the lessons learnt from that phase remain relevant.
