I'd feel a lot better about doing Li's Quest if we had CWY equipped. An anti-ambush and pull seems like it would be pretty needed if we're going exploring with a weaker friend.

I still like the idea of defending Suyin to help Ling Qi clear up her doubts about keeping her friends safe.

The Li Suyin event seems more dependent on our martial competence, so I'd rather put that off a month until we finish up with the arts we are training this turn. Not to mention that Zhengui might be awake by next month, which would let him join us on the expedition. In contrast, neither the arts nor a giant spirit-beast seem likely to help us in an exploration/finesse mission.

Xuan Shi benefits from Zhengui because our relationship with him exists because of him.... and our event is dependant on hdw/cde.

Otoh, Suyin bottleneck is likely to be suyin herself. It would be better if we train HDW/FVM before going, but not necessary.


Let us not be the gal who made an appoitment (twice!) With her friend but ditch her to do it alone so she can see a pretty boy.

I really wanted to do that expedition with Li Suyin, but if Xuan Shi is calling in that favor I'm happy to do that instead.

Regardless of whatever the other options might be (and i am very interested in the Qingge action), an owned favor should always come first, else we might not be helped the next time we are in need.

We have only trained CDE to level 1 so far, we were going to spend more next month. Same with SCS which would also help with the exploration.

Triggers for social links don't happen until they're chosen. Xuan Shi will call in the favour if and only if we choose his option, otherwise he won't ask until the next vote where the process repeats. If you want to do Li Syuin's expedition first, go ahead.
