Even if I didn't already know how fucked everything was in Brittan 16Z-B, the fact that this is a valid Red Lantern oath would be a pretty big clue.

But...holograms are typically 3D, so "top-down view" doesn't really apply. And he was showing this to an overflowing crowd, so putting a screen anywhere except the sky (where it would look pretty odd) wouldn't really work.

Perhaps it just wasn't to scale?

You can get a top down or bird's eye view of buildings in real life and they are certainly 3D.

I feel that Red Lanterns tend to ignore the hate skill tree in favour of the flashier rage skill tree.
