How did megan manage that? She said not feeling other minds is unpleasant for martians and all she had there was Paul...

I guess someone asked this a while ago, but it just jumped on me.
Oh, it was unpleasant. But experiencing it for a few minutes is just 'uncomfortable' rather than 'hallucination inducing'.

The real question is, does Paul see a Yellow Lantern Sigil on Ranx, the Sentient City? We don't see any Yellow Light usage yet, so perhaps it's just chilling as a city.

You know, if Ranx hates the green lanterns like the wiki tells me it does, then it probably makes for a very poor recruit. You know, since Paul's trying to keep diplomacy alive.

If Paul does manage to recruit Ranx the Sentient City then Hinon is going to be exasperated by the fact that she practically jinxed herself earlier by bring up the idea of Paul recruiting even more equally large beings like Mother of Mercy. Never tempt fate or Murphy around a discordian, though Eris can't see Paul she probably has her own way of keeping tabs on him, or just a result of constant exposure to Constantine's own brand of bizarre luck.

While Ranx may already hate the green lanterns due to Guy's actions maybe Paul can convince Ranx to join his cause by offering to act as a mobile base for the future orange corp members and Dark Stars when going to war with the Reach, especially if the planets they free or help defend against the Reach will likely be open to trade and negotiations with Ranx acting as the main hub, all while promising to keep any other green lantern from threatening to destroy it and maybe some petty revenge by having Guy have his digestive system/bowels forcibly voided. Paul probably has the designs for the diarrhea gun that was going to be used on Superman recorded on his ring, though I figure this is where Guy draws the line on how much leeway Paul gets when recruiting danger individuals that by green lantern standards would be considered enemies or criminals plus Paul would probably veto the idea since Guy is his friend.

Though I really want to see Ch'p interaction with Paul for the possibility of hilarious moments and dialogue since most green lanterns seem to be professionals when in the field little character tics tend to shine through either Paul's actions or observations.

Paul being Paul, he'll probably come up with a plan to resolve or deal with any potential issues. Least, if he decides Ranx is even worth the risk or actually persuadable. So unless he wants to flip double birds at the Guardians, having a barely controlled Greenie-hating recruit (as opposed to an Embodiment that they shouldn't attack) can't end well.
