Typo, should be G-Gnomes
1) Light alignment thing Maltusians do seems vaguely related to Lord-of-X ascension, but the latter might be usable for any species, essentially potentially allowing one to bypass the need for lanterns completely, giving "younger races" inherent glow manipulation abilities, turning lanterns into Lords-of-Color-X, and living lanterns. That could be a big upgrade for, say, OL honor guard. Hell, potentially it could even be an upgrade for Maltusians themselves.
I saw a recent complaint in another thread about how often para-Paul dismisses the input of others. If his Dox tried to seriously dissuade Paul from turning the Orange Corps into a military organization, do you think Paul would have considered it? Or would he have tactfully dismissed and gone back to hiring Dox to his Corp? Food for thought.
I think that this chapter shows that that trait in Grayven has grown like a tumor. Dox just became Grayven's word-manipulating genie. Paul is an angelic saint of desire while Grayven is hiding and denying his inner demon or archfiend of the sin named greed. Just look at how painful Grayven is making it for Dox to follow his desires.
He'd have to have had a very good argument, and it was pretty unlikely that he would have tried. And if he had, the problem wouldn't have been as much the SI rejecting him as the Controllers and Darkstars doing so.If his Dox tried to seriously dissuade Paul from turning the Orange Corps into a military organization, do you think Paul would have considered it? Or would he have tactfully dismissed and gone back to hiring Dox to his Corp?
Thank you, corrected.
More polite than Greyven usually is, but not nearly as friendly as he acts with people he cares about.
Just to remind everyone that Greyven is Tamaran's conqueror, not its ally.
Need an 'a' or 'the' or a plural on jammer(s).
Second comma should be an 'and'.

Considering Dox's history I suspect the prospect of working under someone who feels they can order him about before he even accepts their authority would be unappealing.

Odd that he says prime minister rather than governor. Seems a more honest title for imposed authority.
Corrections!

"wouldn't"; excess apostrophe
"the boom"
Who's Amane, again? What's her full name, and what's her background/story?
As much as Grayven is being an ass, I kind of agree here. Grayven is offering him command of two massive organizations, no string attached, free of charge, plus a free power ring, after freeing him from the evil prison... And Vril Dox is bringing a lense to examine the gift horse's mouth more in detail.
For a moment I look at my arms and try imagine the response of my former self to what I've done to myself.
…
Huh.
Okay, but don't think it was the orange light doing that.
Misa Amane is a young woman from Japan whose parents were murdered and approached Grayven while he was in Japan to ask him to kill their murderer. Instead he gave her super speed and godhood and got her to do it herself.
Based on a Character from the anime Death Note, She and Sunset Shimmer (a pony) appeared during the April fools episode and their presence seems to be the result of ambush bug trying to spite Grayven for interfering with his arrival on earth and denying him a host.

Tends to happen when something seems too good to be true, especially from a "worse than my last captors" villain (at least by reputation). "No strings, you say? Let me make sure there aren't any hiding in extradimensional space, please."Grayven is offering him command of two massive organizations, no string attached, free of charge, plus a free power ring, after freeing him from the evil prison... Are you kidding? Raw is NOT served right! There are a countless number of recipes available if you want to serve them properly!
Technically acceptable but I think "largesse" is the more common spelling.

Paragon's probably going to end up with more controller assistance given he's setting up on Maltus while Grayven seems pretty wed to Tamaran. So, Gravy is setting up Dox as Clarissi, just like Paragon did - but I'm pretty sure he's taking a higher position than Illustres for himself.
It's kind of too early to say which approach will produce a stronger Corps. Grayven has more than ten times as many Lanterns right now, but I have to think that Paragon is better qualified to train them. Either one could grow exponentially, in theory, but probably the Grayven Corps will suffer more losses to insanity, and it's hard to say whether their sheer starting numbers will outweigh that.

At the moment, no. How much of a database they get will be up to Dox, and at the moment he's limited it quite a bit.So how much of a Database do these newly created Orange Rings and Lanterns have? A full Malthusian database? Relevant weapons and schematics for construct creation? Medical records of every species that the Controllers/Malthusians have ever met?
How much, if at all, have Komand'r and Koriand'r is the Paragon timeline helped with Tamaran's industrialization? Have they built anything special or plopped down a bleed generator?
The only significant thing he did in NE was kill some Darkstars, which obviously hasn't happened here.
He tried? As in, 'had a go but didn't manage it'? My goodness.Hey, did you folks know that Grayven was one of the many villains jokerized in Last Laugh? He tried to demolish a comedy club after his standup died.
Huh, why's Dox doing that? Aside from paranoia, of course. Also, jeez no wonder Darkseid's willing to go along with Renegade stealing Grayven's identity. At the moment, no. How much of a database they get will be up to Dox, and at the moment he's limited it quite a bit.

Points if it's while the original is trying and falling to destroy a comedy club. "Your costume doesn't even look right."
