I think you are underestimating by several orders of magnitude just how big a difference that is.
You're right, guess that confirms DCAU New God tech is superior to YJ New God Tech.

No I'm not. You are assuming that he is significantly frailer than a full New God, even though they vary wildly in toughness and power. You are assuming he is a half assed copy even though you have no idea where he actually stacks up when compared to full New Gods. And you are ignoring equipment, even if he was significantly weaker than Scott for some reason he still has a Power Ring, a Father box and full Apokoliptian body armour.
You are making assumptions with no supporting evidence.
Let me remind you that Grayven Mastered Desaad, Darkseid's right hand man.

I don't understand how you came to this conclusion.
We see Grayven scan Scott Free's medical technology and conclude that they are the same tech base.
Father Box had access to what Desaad did, and Desaad is not the New God with access to all top-level Apokoliptian miltech.
Medical/science tech sure; infiltration/combat tech no.

Grayven told one of the foremost experts on new god metapsychology in the universe that he was the new god of conquest after shredding his own soul. He then made sure said expert had plenty of high quality raw material to rebuild his metaphysique. He's not a half assed copy, If anything he's a somewhat incomplete improved version.
His new ring has a dodgy AI. And Father Box apparently wasn't instructed to tell him about the presence of nuclear weapons. So it's a combination of Sinestro-ring being bloody stupid and Grayven not thinking to ask for such useful information.

actually I have a plans on what to do with a power ring with nearly full charge but no lantrarn similar with what you did at first with regards to your appearance, but also do stuff like increase the elasticity and density of my muscles, strengthen bones etc basically become like your standard atlantean minus the ability to breath under or like captain america and that s just for a start before i would do the whole gene therapy thing to make me genetically as close to perfect as can be, then do a little rewiering of my brain (with a power ring i see it as worth the risk) to enchance my cognative function to high levels (and if it is possible try to download knowlage on various subjects into my brain)

Kara has been living under red lamps for several months, possibly years now.
And only Gods know what else SHADE has tried to sneak in and her physiology has shrugged off.
You can understand why she'd be a little bad tempered.
Besides, IIRC Kara is either a teenager or a very young woman.
They aren't known for being especially even-tempered, especially towards people they have been fighting.

The funny thing is, the only reason they "won" was because Grayven wanted them too. In a way, he succeeded regardless of the outcome. That's some Xanatos-level play. Literally everything went tits-up and Grayven still managed to pull a win condition out of it. And hell, they(the new JL) might even get credit for stopping the nuke, since I'm pretty sure whatever cameras were still there and still functional were wiped out by some mitigating factor of the blast, hiding the fact that it was only possible because of Grayven in the first place and cementing Grayven's win even more.
Gotta give credit where it's due.
