For the 'T', I'd go for Tyche, because who doesn't need some good luck?

Amos Fortune. He figured out humans have luck glands (!) that collect stelleration energy emitted by the stars (!!) that determines how lucky people are (!!!) and was defeated because martians don't have luck glands.

Which leaves me wondering if he hasn't shown up because Zoat doesn't want Paul munchkining luck manipulating technology to become a boring invincible hero, because he finds other villains more interesting, because his stelleration technology is just so very very goofy, or a combination thereof.

You've got to wonder if quite a few of the characters are literal mad scientists; as in, so crazy that they don't actually know what they are doing, and their explanations make no sense because they really are just nonsense even in-universe. They're just operating on some kind of super savant talent or the like.

Amos' "stelleration" based technology might be technomagic.

In JSA classified, he had the Wizard manipulate the stelleration energy to empower Wildcat to the point that the defeated both Jay Garrick and Alan Scott.

But yeah, the science in DC does leave one shaking one's head every now and again.

My personal take is not subconscious reality warping by inventors but narrative causality- Junk science works because whoever is in charge of things (whether the DC staff, time tailors, or Destiny's book) just doesn't care.

And note- When I say DC staff, I don't actually mean in a "it's just a comic book way," but rather that DC has floated the idea that DC staff can literally warp the reality of the comics they write since 1974, even while in the universe of a comic book.

Zoat could literally have Paul reveal to Wonder Woman that he's from a universe in which she's fictional and the star of a comic book and she could reply "Oh, you're from Earth Prime! Do you know Mr Maggin or Bates?"

If he wanted to. I'm not holding my breath here.

Which when you get right down to it, isn't that different a theory, we just disagree on who is probably doing the reality warping, and whether it's intentional or not.

It would be so satisfying to hit him right now.

I dunno, refusing to confirm your identity and destroying the equipment intended to do so is a pretty hostile move.
Nobody could possibly blame Paul for using that as confirmation that Nabu is compromised and beginning his attack.
Hell, he might actually be possessed or mind controlled again.

Unfortunately, that'd tip Nabu off to paul's anti-nabu arsenal.

Perhaps, but this way Nabu is cemented as being an arse in the minsd of his team mates (and possibly League members who hear about it) while the SI keeps his low profile.

"Identity not confirmed. Please lower any exotic defenses that may interfere with scan."
"No."
"Rejection noted. You have not been cleared to access this location. You may use the zeta tube behind you to return to your previous location."
"No." *destroys security system*
"Hostile confirmed. Intruder alert."

I don't think Zatanna would appreciate having her father vaporized. Nor would the first League or Team member who eats a blaster to the face because somebody figures out how to spoof the security system and make them look unauthorized.

Thank you, corrected.

It was implied when Adom said "I have no great love for Lord of Order."

And here I thought Paul got Adom to hate Nabu too :p

"Calling all Justice League members, the mountain is being invaded"
JLA: "Huh, that was fast, Nabu"
OL: "No, that was him"

People expecting CHAOS to follow the PATTERN set by ORDER.
*sigh*

Well, yes, from precedent, chaos would take the soul of a boy who was being sexually abused, convince him he went to Heaven, and tell him he can now summon historical figures when in fact he summons demons who are happy to pretend to be whoever the summoner wants.

Which would actually be interesting in Paul's case, I'm sure he'd munchkin the hell out of the power to summon the demonic doppelganger of any figure, factual or fictional.

The villains attack cities with hostile plants. Paul summons Paul Bunyan.

Paul needs magical help? Summon Merlin, King Solomon, Prospero, or Gandolf.

Alien invasion? Godzilla time.

Zombies? Ash

Ninjas? Remo Williams.

I can see Klarion doing that.
I can't see John Constantine doing that.

He might use his power to have an agent running around doing shit for him like being a superhero when he isn't off getting him a paper or a new pack of fags, but he wouldn't have him summon demons and tell him they're nice guys. He's dark, not evil. Shit, Chaos doesn't necessarily mean bad, it's just change and upsetting the status quo. John does this by fucking with building developers who are trying to have minorities ousted and killed by the cops so they can build in that neighbourhood. He works on the side of the underdog, so long as the underdog is generally more decent than the overdogs, so long as no-one involved thinks he has a heart.

Summon a fuckpig demon into a corpse if there's a gun to his head? Sure.
Curse the local union strikers on behalf of the company they're protesting? If it'll bring in a dollar.
Help a little kid who's accidentally screwed with magic that's raising the dead and he can't handle? Yep.
End a sweet young life if that's the only possible way to close a door to hell? With a heavy heart and a week of attempting to drink himself to death.

Just because Klarion's evil, doesn't mean John will be.
