KF runs at about the speed of sound right? Missiles can go quite a bit faster than that. May want to change it to something like "And while we have missiles that could catch up with him, we would not be able to reliably hit an evading human target moving at the speed of sound." Alternatively, change it to anyone they could send after him.If this 'Black Flash' is as fast as you then he could be anywhere within three thousand kilometres and moving faster than anything we could send after him.
Shouldn't OL's rings be able to reconstruct how White Flash looked like from their DNA?@Mr Zoat were they able to identify the body of the White Flash at all or is it too messed up for that?
Also use DNA to find who they are and from there see who he was connected to?Shouldn't OL's rings be able to reconstruct how White Flash looked like from their DNA?
Scry Wards strike again!I shake my head. "Tried and failed, I'm afraid. Mister Director, do you have any idea how long it would take to reverse engineer a workable version of the Garrick Formula from Miss Molotova's body tissues?"
Thank you, corrected.
So, is that like the official name now or did they just made up a name to have soemthing to write in their files?"Sergeant. Members of the Justice Youth. Given the speed with which the attack took place, you are to be commended on the speed of your reactions." He focuses on Wallace. "Kid Flash, you will be given all computer records we possess on the treatment regime given to Blue Trinity."
'Send after' as in vehicles.
No one they had on file. Lots of people in the world. Also use DNA to find who they are and from there see who he was connected to?

I'd assume it's the translation of what the Russians decided to call them, which could very well be itself translated from whatever Batman actually puts on the paperwork...So, is that like the official name now or did they just made up a name to have soemthing to write in their files?
No, in theory anyone can use it. The problem is, you have to understand it and be able to visualise what it describes in order for it to work. There's the Johnny Quick mantra, although that might be dependent on a metagene to use, since DC like to go back and forth as to whether anyone and can use it or not.
I assume that Zoat is going with "not everyone can use it" or else everyone the team would be speedsters in addition to everything else.
"Professor Eddington, you must be one of three persons in the world who understands general relativity." Eddington paused, unable to answer. Silberstein continued "Don't be modest, Eddington!" Finally, Eddington replied "On the contrary, I'm trying to think who the third person is."
Cold war logic I know, but honestly how hard it would be to get a blood sample of a speedster instead?
Instead they go for a failed super soeed formula, something doesn't click here.
Remember the first Flash? No mask, just a helmet, everyone knows who he is. Getting a blood sample would be easy.
Something to keep in mind- Supervillain supergeniuses outnumber the supergeniuses on the sides of the angels, for two obvious reasons.
1) Supervillains outnumber superheroes, because heroes get their own stable of villains to fight to keep things interesting so people will buy comics/watch the shows/etc.
2) A primitive part of some people's brains goes "Superstrength? Cool" but thinks "He's smart! He knows things I don't! BURN THE WITCH!" so superintelligence is generally a supervillain power.
Take the Light for example, most of them are arguably in the genius category- Brain, Luther, Ra's, and Savage.
And if you're trying to write a DC superhero story realistically, when the opponents include geniuses and supergeniuses, well then they should fight smart, and if you've got a villain who's a genius or supergenius, then they should cheat like a @#$#$#$#$.
Jay Garrick 16 never had a secret identity. Wallace brings it up in the comics.I seem to recall, the explanation is, he vibrated his face, so it couldn't be seen. At least when standing still. And, when he was running, he was moving too fast for cameras of the time to capture a good image.
emphasis on the arguably >.>
10th level intellect, and he wastes years feuding with one man,
plus they almost got the Entire planet Sterilised from orbit ONCE we KNOW of >.>

I'm honestly a little interested if Armenia and Azerbaijan's tension is the same as in our timeline. If so Armenia might very well view such an intervention positively Turkey would be pissed(They've sided with Azerbaijan in previous conflicts).
In the worst potential case, like Russia no longer supplying arms to Azerbaijan it could kickoff a war. Azerbaijan has been able to use its oil wealth to by better arms but its military effectiveness and officer corp is really corrupt(somewhat related to the aftermentioned oil). I'm sure Armenia would love to resolve the issue of Nagorno Karabakh in its favor, and might even seize enough land for a direct corridor to it.

Inconsistency: It was just established that the ring doesn't translate normal words being used as proper names or code names (even though no one knows how it can tell), so why is "Pravda" being translated here?

Okay, changing it back.Re: "used to", here's another supporting link for the original variant being correct: "I use to", or "I used to"
