"Star Conquerors!" What exactly does Kaldur want to say to them? "You are defeated! Surrender and you will not be killed!"

Another pulse of red light from the Red Star and half of the Star Conquerors still around it disappear. Then the green barrier around it disappears. "I yield."

Kaldur: All right, Team. Their lowered defenses are no match for our railguns! Chaarge!

*The whole team opens fire.*

Canis: Thanks for standing still.

Robin: Suckers!

Megan: I just want my ship back.

Kaldur's not a Green Lantern, nor is he fighting a war.

Well no he's not, but if a group as averse to using lethal force as the Guardians of Oa (who didn't even remove their lanterns limiters when fighting a war with the Reach) where willing to basically exterminate the whole species without remorse it should say something about the species in question. I mean it's not like Kaldur would ask Demons to surrender.

Why didn't OL send the message to other Lanterns so they could forward it to Salaak after his first message didn't go through?

it could be something as simple as being under stress, and trying to reach out to the first person he could think of who had the clout to send reinforcements immediately whilst juggling a dozen different tasks similtainiously AND fighting off a telepathic assault

WHY?
This just puts a lot of people's lives in danger. And as far as I know, OL does not randomly call up the head lantern. It has always been business, and always been important.

YES.

for the love of Bahamut Zoat, please tell me Paragon's going to call Salaak on almost GIVING a planet/system, and one of their own corpsmen, to the Starros out of petty irritation?...

*edit* wouldn't the logical thing be to write/task an AI to convert OL's uploads automatically, since the whole wrong format thing was what was getting him in a snit before, instead of aggravating a source of extremely valuable intel/training?

Maybe instead of a blanket "Message unauthorized" have it be a word filter? Something like "Subject entity Star conqueror recognized, message filtered to priority queue." This still doesn't result in immediate action and the message queue can move at the speed of plot, how soon does @Mr Zoat want it to be read.
Having all messages blocked is a pretty crappy use of PIS imo.
