Power drain again?

I know its a great way to make the fight interesting, but seriously this is feeling like a one trick pony show...

If I was going to fight a lantern, I'd start by draining their power too. It's not a cheap out for Zoat; rather, it's a sign that OL is up against a credible opponent who has done their research.
 
See, this is a situation where it would have been a good idea to practice non-ring based combat. I hope he's learned that lesson after Fawcett.
 
Am I a bad person for hoping that Paul loses access to his rings long enough that he'll be forced to look into some other method of enhancement?

Just... sorry buddy, you've got to go look into alchemical enhancement/Avarice Magic/godly empowerment/that fancy scarab.

Also, let this be a lesson as to why we don't invoke Eris before a battle, mmkay?

Probably the same reason that Grayven isn't running into scry wards everywhere; he hasn't had as big of an impact.
