Shepard Quest Mk VII, Age of Revy (ME/MCU)

Depending on how soon we can get Self Assembling/Reassembling tech, it'd probably pretty heavily change how we do gear roll outs

Edit : After All, 10 Tigers could dynamically become 2 Hammer Heads, or something like that.

I would like to suggest an elite special forces unit, recruited only from N school retiree's, armed with the latest and greatest prototypes with personal access to Revy for any tech they can wish for.

So you want to make our own Spectres

Edit : Hey, what are the limits of Skill Chips? Could everyone be N7 tough with one (And also the perfect human thing)? How about if Revy made a chip, would everyone be an absurdly good engineer like her?

A hospital ship is fine, but having a total of 16000 hospital beds for a ~15000 personnel battalion as proposed is the overkill part

Your forgetting that we have the morally good qualifier. So we would fix up civilians and such caught up in any fights we get into. The beds are there as excess precisely because there are instances where excess is needed.

How do those Skill Chips of ours actually work? What are the limits? Could anyone get Specter levels skill with one? Could anyone build a power suit in a cave with a box of scraps if Revy made a chip?

If we need to "fix up civilians and such caught up in any fights we get into", then we've probably already fucked up and didn't provide enough equipment/firepower/etc to prevent casualties.

That said, with hypermodularity, there's no need to stick with a one-size-fits-all battalion configuration. If we're expected to have to address a situation that warrants such a massive quantity of hospital beds, then we can include more dedicated hospital ships.

I guess from your post you have never heard of Big Damn Hero's then...

You know, as a hypothetical...

Would it be possible to make a deal with the Hanar for the old ships they're replacing? As in buy them, retrofit them, and then make a deal with the Quarians to provide training for crews on larger vessels in exchange for a discount purchasing the retrofitted/upgraded ships?

People have been spitballing some way to incentivize Quarians to do their pilgrimages with Paragon for a while now, this could be a good way to do so. As a bonus it lets us build the pool of expertise and skill we'll need when we eventually start expanding ParSec to larger ship classes as well.

No, the Hanar aren't replacing anything. They didn't have a significant navy prior to this which is why its a significant doctrinal shift.
They're building from basically nothing.

Whelp status update time, failed, but did a lot better, gonna be trying again in 6 months, so hope I pass then and we can get this show back on the road.

Status update time, testing in 3 months or so, results 2 weeks after that, so quest will continue October if I pass.

If I fail however? Well....this quest will continue again one way or another, even if I have to find someone else to do it or pay someone a commission to do it out of my own pocket.

Shepard Quest will LIVE DAMMIT!
