just for fun as the lazer plan seems going to win i just wanted make a omake so here yous go (l dont now rules to them for this quest)

One of the corner of the bar contains a group of like-minded merchants that has recently drop of supplys for the citadel population. ''What did the girl mushroom say to the boy mushroom? You're a fungi.'' one the member says while others just growls at the joke ''why did we invite him again....oh wait yea I remember now, he is the largest food supplier in this area ahhh why don't you just shoot me now its quicker'' '' come on now it was not that bad..was it'' ''im not going to argue about this so lets just get down to gossip and news we have picked up in the past few months''
''ok guess l will start us off by saying there is a small weapons shortage in the Turian Hierarchy seems they have been buying storage containers worth of weapons and then shipped them to the garrisons on each of their space. So yea l have made a killing for most part. they have also increased the fleet movement and ship to ship searches to prevent hostile attacks or that is whats official records state. what a joke ....well mostly the real reason it seem the smugglers are trying steal and then transport goods from council space to pirate factions in the terminus systems that is a big no no''

It is nice to see, but it was sort of painful to read. Grammer and structure could be improved. No offense.

What I would like to do is make an Imperial Guard style laser rifle, like the Lucius Pattern Lasgun.
And I'm sure we can do something about the rifle's energy problems.
- Lucius Pattern No. 98 Lasgun - The signature weapon of the Death Korps of Krieg, the Lucius Pattern Lasgun operates in the 21 megathoule range, but is designed to draw from a standard Munitorum-issue power pack. Consequently, the Lucius Lasgun discharges a more powerful shot, but drains the power pack at a correspondingly increased rate. This also puts a great strain on the weapon, limiting the rate of fire and requiring such features as additional heat sink rings lining the exterior of the barrel. Even with such considerations, an over-taxed Lucius Lasgun can quickly overheat. The added danger of the weapon overheating does not perturb the famously stoic Krieg.

You've stated this twice, so I assume you care about it a lot, but I don't get why?
As far as I recall (it's been a while), Revy had no running romantic prospects in the quest, there's no feudal system or anything that makes marriages politically advantageous, and no rush or requirement for personal or emotional reasons.
So, why would marrying off the protagonist even matter?
It's just seems weird to treat this as such a priority when the quest doesn't really lean in that direction at all narratively.
It is just that if nothing is done, the 'simple' solution is used when the matter is brought to the fore. And the simple solution is always Liara for some reason. And I want to read something else. I always have the feeling that when it comes to romance in stories / quests / fanfiction in Mass Effect, let's say from 10 stories 9.75, it's always Liara, I just want something different. I know it's not really 'important' to this quest, but it will happen and I just wanted to forestall it. I apologize if it came across as too pushy.

Question for all, if you were an Admiral on the Quarian Admiralty Board, what would your priorities due to the massive changes in the Galaxy recently due to the presence of PI and its tech? Especially Naval Tech? As the Quarians deeply value their fleet for obvious reasons. What would you do to solve the issues of owning a huge fleet of ships that are becoming obsolete due to more effective starship weapons?

The Quarian fleet was already struggling with obsolescence due to the age of their fleets and the limited resources they had to repair and replace. Additionally I think its unlikely any state would sell them military grade ships even if they could afford them.
Not to mention that they're a largely civilian flotilla, changing weapon standards only affects the minority of their ships that are (adapted) military vessels.
So probably whatever I was already doing before Revy came along.

yea of course but it will take a few turns we just dont have the influence or teck atm to help them plus the war going on
Life grabs your attention for a couple days and you completely miss two important sections of the vote...
Research wise Arc Reactor III was an incredible waste of RP since we already have power coming out our ears with Arc Reactor II. It doesn't even unlock anything according to the tech tree. Like to put things into perspective our Gen 2 Arc Reactors were enough that you could power entire (IRL) countries with a device you could hold in your hand. Still aside from that the rest was pretty good.
Construction wise putting a Space Factory III over Mindoir was a major mistake. We are already waaay over committed to Mindoir and we've been repeatedly warned (in prior threads) against putting too many eggs in one basket with the explicit thread of novabombs. It isn't as bad as it could be thanks to the Space Factory IIs under construction but it is very concerning.
Shipyards were sub-optimally distributed. Right now we straight up don't have enough factories anywhere outside of Mindoir to support even a single Small Shipyard at full capacity*. Mindoir meanwhile can support six Small Shipyards simultaneously. So as things currently stand we'll either have to ship masses of parts around (if possible) or simply have a number of Shipyards sitting at least partially idle.
*6 Frigates per quarter with LLPs costing 122,355.620 Production comes to 734,133.72 Production. Highest Production outside Mindoir is 360,000 or half the required output.
Still things could have gone far worse. So I'm not too upset I missed this section of the vote.

doesn't it pack enough power to let you basically say yes to energy cost for any weapon or tech

Probably, but the cost is already so low that anything we couldn't say yes to, we could just use two or three or whatever and it would still be negligible cost.

essentially yes with the main limit being rate of discharge, you may have an ocean to feed through a hose, but you only get what can fit through a hose, hence the other research option
plus you might not want to actually sell the Gen III's, will be a vote when it comes up.
