I don't recall much specifically praising Lu Bu's hand to hand prowess, though certainly the catch all phrase of excellence in martial arts was applied to him quite liberally. I'd gander to say that were we not using an old=better system of thought, Li Shuwen would have more feats of fists so to say.
Thats because Lu Bu's spear and archery and horseback skills are so highly praised that people forget there is more to him then that. A competent military commander is in fact hard to find in the three kingdoms when the likes of Sima Yi, Pang Tong and Zhou Yu are your benchmarks for excellence.
Yeah it just seems like Lu Bu is very lacking in any unarmed combat display. He's a god among men in terms of armed fighting and other facets of warfare, but he hasn't shown a displayed excellence in fist fighting that Li Shuwen. At the same time, it also feels odd to just assume he'd be outright better on basis of being older and possibly having skill in unarmed fighting.

Fairs fair, God Hand has a fist form. Clearly Nasu acknowledges he has some level of actual unarmed proficiency. Given the practices of the time, and that Lu Bu is essentially acknowledged as a combat prodigy, itd actually be very odd if he couldnt fight hand to hand.

Hardly, he still was almost dead after fighting Beowulf and as stated before that's only because of compatibility that Li won. A+++ Martial Arts makes sense for a grandmaster given that the skill itself says that 'A' is when you're actually considered to have 'learned it'. Other grandmasters will likely have it around that level too and fuckers like the Eight Immortals probably have it even higher. The skill itself doesn't mean much other than 'is gud at kung-fu'.
Thing is if we go merely by history then aside from being bloody as sin, the three kingdoms isnt really that noteworthy. Certainly not to the extent of credit Lu Bu and Zhuge Liang have already been given in fate, and especially since one of these people has no place anywhere near a battlefield.

The weights have always been under what they should be. This isnt even something unique to Nasu.

Because they are for some reason, profiles use metric system and for some reason none of the lbs in that chart were taken from converting kg to lbs. Otherwise you'd get more accurate weights to them.
4'11" is kid sized. That's ultra tiny, especially for European height.
